10-06-2025I received a computer with inferior characteristics in both software and hardware components. I received a chromebook not a pavilion x360, its like a theft.

09-06-2025As it says in the headline, its been about two year since getting this Hp Pavilion and its still going strong. We love the it can be used as either a laptop or tablet. I will say that I would love some sort of shell that could be clamped over the keyboard when in tablet mode. I just personally hate knowing that Im putting added pressure on the keyboard when holding it for tablet mode, other wise no other complaints at this point. The battery life is great but I will say that we dont watch videos on it. Off brand pens do seem to work with this HP so I can see that as a bonus. Touch screen sensitivity is great not only with the pen but also with just your fingers. Overall a really nice little laptop/tablet combo that I am glad that we went with.

> 3 daySpent hours researching models to figure out speed, storage, brand and price. Took out of box, plugged in and started updates…unbelievably hot. Hard to believe that it could get so hot so fast sitting on wooden table. Packed it up and sent it back.

Greater than one weekReceived the HP Pavilion today, followed set up instructions. Plugged in laptop, powered on....took about 5 minutes to load. Started the set up process, suddenly the screen went black, and power light turned off. Called HP and Amazon to try trouble shooting, they recommended returning the product because it should have turned on even right out of the box as long as it was plugged in. Tried multiple plug outlets as well. Processed a return through amazon. Now I have to pack it up and bring to UPS store. The fan is still running on the laptop but there are no lights on so I have to wait until it completely dies before boxing it up. Customer service was very friendly but I just cannot trust HP at this point so I will be buying a Dell now.

> 3 dayI am mostly a Apple user, used to OSX and iOS. I wanted to see how good is Windows 10, especially in tablet mode, so I got this HP Pavillion x360 as a low cost test.

> 3 dayI purchased this laptop for online college courses. This laptop is efficient, fast, and suitable for completing school online. I love the option to use it as a tablet. The screen is large and easy to read. I gave 4 stars because this computer does not have a backlit keyboard; not a huge deal for me, but it would have been a nice touch. Overall this laptop does its job; Ive had no issues thus far, been using it for a year. Reasonable purchase price.

> 3 dayThis is not like what I thought I ordered. It is not all silver metal. The black plastic back feels cheap and there is no finger print place. Just not at all what I expected.
