HP is such a great product!

The screen may be small but it’s outstanding! Color, clarity, flow, fantastic. It’s working perfectly well for my low demand needs.

It arrived sooner than originally scheduled.

UPDATE: it’s been less than 2 months and one of the fans has broken on its own. It over heats and won’t stay on. Maybe I just have bad luck, but I wouldnt recommend this laptop.

Overall great product, great packaging

I bought this laptop August 2021. All Ive got to say if you are not the average user of technology and require a bit extra power for your stuff, invest in a better laptop in the long run.

fan on my new HP does not work so can not buy HP again

Purchased this laptop for my daughter who started Uni this year. She wanted a 2 in 1 unit with touch screen. This laptop ticked all the boxes.

The touch screen works fine, and I haven’t had any major problems with the laptop OTHER THAN I think it may have been used before?
