> 3 dayThis product does everything I want it to do. Initially, I had a problem setting it up but that was my fault. The technical team at Quality Printers walked me through the set up and I am very happy for their support. I would encourage anybody who is thinking of a printer or other computer related products to talk to Quality Printers first. You wont be disappointed. Sincerely, Dana Weishaar

> 3 dayI know, I know, I shouldnt expect much from a printer that was free after a rebate. But seriously, HALF AN HOUR to print a total of 10 pages because the stupid auto feeder wasnt working and couldnt detect the paper? Or it would grab the entire stack at once and jam the printer. I fanned out the papers, manually fed them in one by one, reset the printer numerous times, changed the amount of paper in the feeder, and NOTHING works!!! This is awful. I was screaming in frustration (literally). Soooooo tempted to throw the damn printer out the window, but didnt want the city to sue me for defacing the sidewalk. Actually, this printer makes me wish that Hewlett-Packard would go out of business for even daring to put such a crappy product on the market. Avoid at all costs!

> 3 dayBoth are great units. 1510 has an upgraded scan resolution, BUT the ink cartridge volumes are larger in the 1310 (twice ±!). Check it out. Software works great, including the OCR. I switched from Epson CX6600 (also a great all-in-one) as the ink nozzles are replaced with a new cartridge in the HP, whereas the Epson nozzles are built in to the print head, and when they become clogged it is a $$$ shop repair. Mac OSX 10.4.2

> 3 dayThis printer worked just fine for one week. Then the paper jams began. HPs technical support person could only suggest that I clean the printer with a damp rag! The printers performance continued to deteriorate, with frequent paper jams and incorrect out of paper messages. Also, the printer could not print labels properly -- they were always misaligned and unusable. After a month, the printer stopped working completely as it became completely unable to recognize that there was paper in the paper tray. I called HP and they demanded a credit card number as collateral before they would honor the warranty. Needless to say, this is the last HP product I will ever purchase.

> 3 dayWhat a piece of crap. It wants to allign your cartridges every time you turn the computer on, you have to hand feed the paper, endless paper jams...my current problem is that it wont recognize its own ink cartridges so I cant print anything. I dont know what Im going to do when I start having to print MA papers & my masters thesis b/c even w/hand feeding paper, it will only print a 10 page document. I didnt realize it installed another user onto my computer until I started having problems w/my virus software & it started to kill the running time on my computer. The customer service stinks too. I will never buy anything from HP again.

> 3 dayWe received this printer free with the purchase of a new computer from a department store. While the pictures and text come out fine, it has this weird glitch of always printing a test page when it turns on. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and after hearing so many horror stories from calling hewlett packards tech support, Ive decided to just give up and go buy a new printer. My little epson C66 still works fine for just documents and we found generic cartridges for it to save money. Unless you got this printer for free, dont bother.

Greater than one weekI have had my printer for about 10 or 11 months. I have had very minor problems with the paper feeding through; it has never jammed, but sometimes it does feed through more than one sheet at a time. The only thing about this printer that does really frustrate me is that after I replaced my black ink cartridge with another (and it was genuine HP ink), my printer now prints a test page every time I turn it on, without fail. I havent been able to figure out why or how to stop it. But other than that, Im happy with my printer. The print quality is very good, and my issues with the printer feeding through more than one piece of paper at a time rarely happens.

> 3 dayI am a die-hard hp user. After 7 years on the last one, I thought Id trade up-- big mistake. The paper feeder is defunct. Even after several calls/emails to tech support, the paper simply will not load. I cannot advise anyone to purchase this printer at any price and I am returning mine tomorrow.
