> 24 hourI don’t often write reviews, but this company has blown me away with their stellar customer service. A few days ago, my monitor screen begin to freeze when scanning from one camera to the other. I checked, and saw that I was out of warranty for replacement. I emailed the company, and notified them of the problem. They gave me a quick fix to try; unfortunately the problem persisted. I notified them again, and even though I was out of warranty, they offered to send a replacement at no charge due to the nature of my problem! As if that weren’t enough, after I sent an email to thank them, they notified me that they were able to give me two-day expedited shipping on my replacement! I am seriously blown away. I haven’t experienced such great customer service in recent memory. Special thank you to Renee B with Infant Optics. I will certainly remain loyal to this company, and recommend them to any mom I know. As for the product itself, we were ready to purchase a new one if need be. It has clear sound and visual quality, excellent range, pan tilt, two way speaker, scanning between multiple cameras, and temperature monitoring; all highly important features.

> 24 hourThis is a great baby monitor and the customer service provided is outstanding. I was unaware that the LEDs that provided night vision were not working on my camera until after the warranty had expired. After reaching out to customer service, they helped me troubleshoot the issue and when it couldn’t be fixed, they helped me to get a new camera. I can’t say enough good things about their customer service. Pros: -great night vision - zoom capability - stand alone monitor that is not connected to WiFi - ability to turn off screen but still hear sound - great sound and picture quality - great customer service Cons: - occasional loss of signal when streaming videos over WiFi - limited range between camera and monitor - does not filter out white noise

> 24 hourI’ve had this system for 2 years now. I originally bought the camera and monitor but when my son got older and became a toddler we bought a second camera with a wide angle lens for the playroom. This system has worked great for us with little problems. I did have to replace the charger after a year as it didn’t work. But the battery itself was fine. My only complaint is that it doesn’t reach as far as it says. My sons room is upstairs on the opposite side of our 3600sq ft home from our master bedroom, and sometimes if I put my phone next to the monitor at night it will beep that it is out of range. Might just be the walls, but we also can’t walk past our neighbors house and watch either. We like to go over for a drink after bedtime to the house directly nextdoor to us (and our houses are like 10 feet apart). It works but only in certain parts of their house.

> 24 hourI have had this camera/additional camera for the play for for a little over 2 years. The night vision on one of the cameras started to became extremely dark, we were unable to see our son. I immediately contacted Infant Optics. They asked me a few basic questions, had me try 2 things -- and when those didnt work they rush shipped me a brand new one. No further questions asked. We were unsure if we wanted to keep this monitoring system with another baby on the way, but after this experience and our overall love of this product we will ABSOLUTELY be keeping this monitoring system. Not only is their customer service fantastic, the product is beyond everything a parent could hope for. The range on the bluetooth is also extremely convenient.

> 24 hourWe bought this for our first born, have used it for the last two years without issue and have loved it! We purchased a second camera for our twins this summer. The added camera was easy to set up, however, it stopped connecting to the monitor after about 2 months. I contacted customer service and notified them that I went through all their troubleshooting and still could not get the second camera to connect. Their customer service representative walked me through the process of returning the camera and sent me a new one, free of charge. It was honestly the most wonderful customer service experience I have had. The new camera is working perfectly and the representative I worked with even followed up to see if that fixed our problem! Highly recommend this product and company!

> 24 hourThis product is wonderful. I have been using it for three months. It allows me to see my child during the day and at night in his room. We bought this camera to use with the Infant Optics monitor we have for the camera in our daughters room. It was very easy to sync this camera with the monitor we already had. And the monitor is easy to operate between both cameras. We use the original lens that came with this camera since we are viewing a baby in his crib. It is perfect or keeping an eye on him. The night vision works well. I have not had any issues with this camera. It rotates around the room when buttons are pushed on the monitor. So, I am able to move the camera if my baby moves. I am also able to talk through the monitor to my baby. The speaker on the monitor and camera are very clear. Please feel free to select below whether this review was helpful to you.

> 24 hourWe own a monitor and camera from Infant Optics. Both have worked perfect for over two years. We are very happy with the quality of the image, microphone function, speaker, battery life, and range of antenna signal. We decided to buy a second camera and had problems with it from the beginning. We contacted customer service and they quickly helped us troubleshoot the problem we were having. In the middle of trying to figure out what was going on with the camera, we had to move homes, the pandemic started, life got crazy and we lost track of the situation. After many months, we attempted to start using the camera again and the same problem we were having before continued, rendering the camera useless. We contacted Infant Optics, and they quickly picked up the situation right where we had left-off months ago. The company stood behind their product and provided a replacement camera. We received the replacement camera quickly and in perfect condition, and it works as well as our first camera. Incredible customer service! I strongly recommend this product.

> 24 hourSo this is our second monitor as we had a different monitor for our first baby. We decided on this monitor because the reviews are excellent. I gave the monitor a 4 star instead of a 5 star for two reasons. The first, I would have preferred a little bit larger screen. That said, the camera quality is so good that it isnt that big of a deal. The second reason is although there is this really cool feature called sleep where you can turn the monitor screen off but still have sound pumping through the monitor, there is a bright light on the side of the monitor that ends up being worse than having the picture on the screen on all night. Otherwise, we have really enjoyed the monitor. It was a breeze to set up and like I already said, the picture/camera quality is excellent.

> 24 hourThese camera are great. Easy to connect to the monitor. Picture quality is decent. It alerts through the monitor the temp of the room and sounds an alarm if the room it’s too hot. I’ve bought multiple for my house, been using it since 2018. The monitor it pairs to runs via Bluetooth and has a scan feature so it’ll switch between all the cameras making it easy to monitor multiple rooms with sleeping kids at a time.

> 24 hourThis camera was perfect for our first kid! However, it’s not ideal for two kids. We bought the extra camera, and connecting to the monitor was very easy. The part that I don’t like is the “scan” feature which is supposed to go back and forth between the kids room and it does just that but not all the time. I’ll set it on scan when I put our kids to bed, and an hour later it will stop scanning and just stay on whichever room it was on. I found this out the hard way when I couldn’t hear my new baby crying cause the “scan” was stuck on my toddlers room. It will still say it’s in scan, but it’s not scanning. So before I go to bed I have to just put it on the babies room. Thankfully 99% of the time my toddler sleeps through the night. It’s annoying that it doesn’t scan all the time. If I would have know this I would of bought a split screen monitor system.
