03-12-2024This monitor and camera system has been a life saver since I bought the first camera back in December 2018. I have recently purchased an add on camera for a second baby. It was simple to figure out how to configure the new camera to the monitor, which is good because as a mom with two babies under 2, I don’t have a lot of extra time on my hands. I did have a small issue with my original camera, but it was covered by warranty and their excellent customer service rep was able to help me exchange it quickly. She even followed up with me when I hadn’t responded to her email after a few days. I can’t say enough about the customer service! I was in contact with the same person from start to finish and she was very friendly and helpful.

Greater than one weekWe had the original monitor and camera unit and decided to purchase a second camera for our new baby. Quality is great, pairing the two cameras with the single monitor was easy. It switches back and forth between the two rooms with ease, about every ten seconds. Its worked very well for us and Im very pleased with this product for the years weve been using it. And, the icing on the cake, Infant Optics has AMAZING customer service. They are always willing to help with any concerns and are super fast to respond to any questions. I love this product and this company. Would highly recommend!

> 3 dayOriginally had an issue with the first add on camera.. the sound was not working. I contacted the company via their website and they quickly sent me a new one (and I of course returned the original). Quick and Excellent customer service.

> 3 dayObviously buying a baby camera is always worrisome. I Had one camera that had to be returned because the wire that supplied the power made a humming noise and I felt that it was unsafe, I had no issue with a return and they sent me another camera. I have 2 cameras and i would definitely but the cameras again. I highly recommend the wide Lens it is worth the money. I bought both lenses for my cameras. As for distance on the camera the babies room is on the right side of the house on the second floor, I have walked to my neighbors house and been inside his house and still had reception I did have to put the antenna up on the unit. If I stand on the opposite side of my neighbors house I would estimate that this is a total of 30-40 yards from the far side of my house to the far side of my neighbors house and I still had reception.

> 3 dayWe have an infant optics monitor and camera for our first daughter that has worked seamlessly for 3 years now. We had a second child so needed another camera. This is camera is an inexpensive solution, as you can easily set it up to use your existing monitor. Set up takes about 2 mins, by pressing the “add” setting on the monitor, and holding down a small button on the back of the camera. It pairs and you’re done. After that, you can easily switch between camera views through the monitor, or have it scan between the two, which switches the view every 10 seconds or so. Both cameras maintain full functionality with night vision, pan, temperature display, and ability to talk through the monitor. Awesome price and quality. Easy set up.

> 3 dayWe ordered an additional camera for the arrival of our second child. I love Infant Optics and not only is it a great product, but their customer service is amazing. We had originally received the Infant Optics monitor and camera when expecting our first child almost three years ago. Recently the night vision on that camera started to have issues and even though we were way past the one year warranty, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me.

> 3 dayThis was an add on camera for my second child. I had a small issue with the charger on my first camera (it made a high pitched noise), and Infant Optics sent me a replacement charger. After approximately 6 months with the second camera, it started to get difficult to see my son in the dark; it still worked fine if the room was well lit. It gradually got worse and worse until we couldnt see him at all anymore with night vision. I contacted Infant Optics and they were great about sending me a replacement camera. My only issue is that I had to pay return shipping, and had to send the camera back before they sent a new one, so I was without a camera for a couple days. They did provide expedited shipping, so the new camera came quickly.

> 3 dayWe own a monitor and camera from Infant Optics. Both have worked perfect for over two years. We are very happy with the quality of the image, microphone function, speaker, battery life, and range of antenna signal. We decided to buy a second camera and had problems with it from the beginning. We contacted customer service and they quickly helped us troubleshoot the problem we were having. In the middle of trying to figure out what was going on with the camera, we had to move homes, the pandemic started, life got crazy and we lost track of the situation. After many months, we attempted to start using the camera again and the same problem we were having before continued, rendering the camera useless. We contacted Infant Optics, and they quickly picked up the situation right where we had left-off months ago. The company stood behind their product and provided a replacement camera. We received the replacement camera quickly and in perfect condition, and it works as well as our first camera. Incredible customer service! I strongly recommend this product.

> 3 dayWe have 2 cameras and one monitor for our two kids. We love the monitor especially for the talk function where we can talk back and forth with our toddler through the monitor with this camera. Using a second camera while maintaining only 1 monitor has been very convenient for us. We have been very impressed with the customer service. We had an issue with our power cord to the camera, and they replied very promptly to us and rectified the situation very well. This camera (along with the monitor) is definitely worth the price both in function and customer service if anything is needed in the future.
