> 24 hourThis monitor and camera system has been a life saver since I bought the first camera back in December 2018. I have recently purchased an add on camera for a second baby. It was simple to figure out how to configure the new camera to the monitor, which is good because as a mom with two babies under 2, I don’t have a lot of extra time on my hands. I did have a small issue with my original camera, but it was covered by warranty and their excellent customer service rep was able to help me exchange it quickly. She even followed up with me when I hadn’t responded to her email after a few days. I can’t say enough about the customer service! I was in contact with the same person from start to finish and she was very friendly and helpful.

> 24 hourEasy to add cameras to this monitor system, purchased a second camera at the birth of our second child. Been using the system since 2015 with our first and still using them with our 3rd. Cameras are great and easy to control, provide good audio and push to talk which helps with the older ones. Main monitor device had one flaw using a micro usb charge port but have corrected that in 2019 with a barrel connector which is much more durable. Overall its been a great system and couldnt imagine not having it, company stands by their product and their customer service has been great when Ive had problems (related to usb charge port), quick and responsive and got me a solution to my problem quickly!

> 24 hourOverall a great camera monitoring system. Range was tested up to 100 yds and worked with no issues with antenna up. The temp reading seems to be a bit higher (2-4 degrees) than actual ambient room temp. Purchased an additional camera to go with the system to be able to monitor 2 rooms, the scan feature of having the cameras automatically switch between is a great feature as well is the ability to talk through the camera. The only CON that I can see is wireless devices in the area can cause a drop in signal to either the camera or the base station. But if you move the monitor or camera away from any WIFI devices a few feet seems to mitigate the issue.

> 24 hourThis camera was perfect for our first kid! However, it’s not ideal for two kids. We bought the extra camera, and connecting to the monitor was very easy. The part that I don’t like is the “scan” feature which is supposed to go back and forth between the kids room and it does just that but not all the time. I’ll set it on scan when I put our kids to bed, and an hour later it will stop scanning and just stay on whichever room it was on. I found this out the hard way when I couldn’t hear my new baby crying cause the “scan” was stuck on my toddlers room. It will still say it’s in scan, but it’s not scanning. So before I go to bed I have to just put it on the babies room. Thankfully 99% of the time my toddler sleeps through the night. It’s annoying that it doesn’t scan all the time. If I would have know this I would of bought a split screen monitor system.

> 24 hourThese camera are great. Easy to connect to the monitor. Picture quality is decent. It alerts through the monitor the temp of the room and sounds an alarm if the room it’s too hot. I’ve bought multiple for my house, been using it since 2018. The monitor it pairs to runs via Bluetooth and has a scan feature so it’ll switch between all the cameras making it easy to monitor multiple rooms with sleeping kids at a time.

> 24 hourLove this camera. The “zoom” it further out than our last, the Motorola. Which I love. Our old one was way too zoomed in, even at the furthest setting. I thought the wide angle was included with the new set. but it’s not. Thought we may need it but the regular one works fine. We’re able to see the kids whole bed. Looks like you can add up to 4 camera! That’s cool. I’ll be getting a 3rd

> 24 hourWe have used InfantOptics cameras for a few years now and love them. The second camera is easy to pair and we like only having one monitor screen. We have had a few issues with the battery life on the monitor and customer service was able to walk me though how to reset it and now it works perfectly again! We also had some nightvision fading with our first camera and customer service was able to replace that camera for free. They are incredibly helpful if there are any issues. These products have stood up well and are a great value! Theyre also easy to travel with if you need to- we pack our camera and monitor on vacation with us and theyre easy to set up in a new location as well.

> 24 hourVery good picture quality, self contained electronic signal and system. It works on the strength of its own signal so a WIFI system is of no use to this system. That means you can use the system where ever there is 110 outlets. I tried other camera systems which use various APPs and for the senior citizens using this system the app was too complicated. This system uses its own monitor, which is very portable, very user friendly and has a goof picture quality, Being able to speak to the person on the camera end is very helpful. You can always hear them when you have the monitor volume turned up but they cant hear you unless you push the button to talk. The cameras are truly plug and play. Very easy to use. The remote control unit being its own unit and not an APP on the cell phone is very handy as often, the app on the phones would mean having the phone in the same room and it could ring and there goes your opportunity for peace and quiet. You can connect up to 4 cameras and I did for the system I installed to help friends. Cameras are numbered based upon how they are initially activated. The entire system is very easy to use, works even better than I had hoped and makes this incredibly difficult job my friends have of caring for their 97 year old sister in law a little easier. This product is incredible and easy to use. Many of the other systems and cameras I tried for their needs were not easy to use and didnt work as marketed. Thank you for providing a system which works, works very well and does what its supposed to, and is easy to use. It shocking how many systems cant or dont do this......

> 24 hourWe bought our first monitor for our son two years ago. We never realized the infrared sensor was not working and therefore, the night vision was poor. We thought it was just the system, so we stuck with it in order to avoiding purchasing a whole new monitor system with a different brand. Our second son was born recently and we purchased an add-on camera. We couldn’t believe the difference in quality. We called the company and that was when we realized the sensor must have come damaged with our original camera. However, since the one year warrantee had lapsed, they could offer us a 50% discount for a replacement. Customer services was quick and responsive. We did need to buy a separate zoom lens and battery replacement (with a much longer life), as well as a wall mount. Seen below: -Zoom lens: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ECGX24E/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 -Battery replacement: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074J5B2LW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 -Wall mount: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RZCRW7X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I do wish it came with the technology to automatically switch to the room where a child is crying or making noise as opposed to always remaining on scan. In addition, it would be nice to be able to access the monitor though an app on my phone so I did not always need to bring the monitor with me (the range does reach a little outside the house).

> 24 hourALMOST perfect! The PTZ was great, and I am in love with the talk back feature. The only con is, while its made to be wall mounted or ceiling mounted, if you do mount it on the ceiling, you cant flip the image on the handset! Which means you are stuck with an upside down image! It seems like such a silly oversight. Also, like others say, it is prone to interference. I keep my phone and the handset to the monitor on my nightstand at night to charge, and if my phone receives any data in the middle of the night, the signal from the baby monitor drops and it makes a loud BEEP! to let me know its out of signal range. It has startled me awake on numerous occasions. Im still trying to figure out where I can put both my phone and the monitor where its accessible in the middle of the night, but not so close the signals interfere. I will say, though, we got a power adapter that made a weird whistling noise, so I contacted infant optics directly to see if theyd replace it, and they sent out a replacement within 48 hours. Im liking that customer service :-)
