> 24 hourI got this monitor because our other broke shortly before our second baby arrived. I was so happy with how much better quality the picture was than with our previous camera which was terrible! I also loved being able to have multiple cameras for the monitor. Everything was going perftly until late week the monitor stopped working. I was a little annoyed, naturally. But when I reached out to customer service they were quick to tak me through the process to get a replacement shipped out! They were amazing. I just received the replacement today and I’m so happy to have it back. I highly recommend this monitor. The quality is amazing and you can’t beat the customer service!

> 24 hourWeve been using this monitor for a few days now in our toddlers room and so far we really like it. Some of the best features so far are the fact that the lowest brightness level on the parent handset screen is pleasantly low so it doesnt blind you when looking at it in the dark at night; the camera pan and tilt gives a great view of almost all of our sons bedroom; the controls on the parent handset are intuitive and easy to use; the volume control has low enough levels for use at night time, again so it doesnt jolt you awake in the middle of the night when our son makes a small noise. This is a definitely upgrade from our previous baby monitor, and we are looking forward to using it in our new babys room as well.

> 24 hourWe bought this for our first born, have used it for the last two years without issue and have loved it! We purchased a second camera for our twins this summer. The added camera was easy to set up, however, it stopped connecting to the monitor after about 2 months. I contacted customer service and notified them that I went through all their troubleshooting and still could not get the second camera to connect. Their customer service representative walked me through the process of returning the camera and sent me a new one, free of charge. It was honestly the most wonderful customer service experience I have had. The new camera is working perfectly and the representative I worked with even followed up to see if that fixed our problem! Highly recommend this product and company!

> 24 hourThis is the3rd or 4th monitor we have purchased, 2nd recently (2 prior were many years ago!). Did a lot of research and had ordered another monitor, comet o find out it was as straightforward as synching a space mission... Needless to say, we returned it because as a mom with a newborn the LAST thing I want to do is have to rely on someone else to help me set up the cameras, beeping sound were annoying and eventually would bother baby and me... Did MUCH MORE research and landed on this monitor! WE LOVE IT! Easy to set up, functional, intuitive and VOILA, cameras are ready and dont unpair!! Like I said, Peace of mind and even use the other camera to help see my older kiddos while I am with baby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for newborns, older babies or kiddos. We also bought the wide angle lens. The whole experience has been night and day compared to the summer monitor we had bought. Good luck!

> 24 hourThis monitor and camera system has been a life saver since I bought the first camera back in December 2018. I have recently purchased an add on camera for a second baby. It was simple to figure out how to configure the new camera to the monitor, which is good because as a mom with two babies under 2, I don’t have a lot of extra time on my hands. I did have a small issue with my original camera, but it was covered by warranty and their excellent customer service rep was able to help me exchange it quickly. She even followed up with me when I hadn’t responded to her email after a few days. I can’t say enough about the customer service! I was in contact with the same person from start to finish and she was very friendly and helpful.

> 24 hour(First off, I never write reviews) But I Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this monitor. Given the great reviews I had registered for this monitor for our baby registry. We got it and at first I was not in love with it. The quality was OK, but not great. Especially for the price. Despite this, we ordered the add on camera for another room since the monitor has options for several cameras. When we received it and hooked it up we noticed that the quality was SIGNIFICANTLY better. I contacted customer service and they were absolutely phenomenal. I can honestly say that I have never had such a pleasant experience with customer service. They were very friendly, prompt, and extremely helpful.They had me ship the other monitor back and just send proof of shipping and they send the other monitor out right away. The quality of the new camera was just as good as the add on and hence the 5 star review. Also, 5 stars for the customer service. They also contacted me soon after to make sure that I was happy with the replacement. So, if you have any concerns about the quality or function of the monitor, I would contact customer service before writing it off!

> 24 hourThis monitor system was great for almost two years. For the last few weeks though, the buttons on the display unit have been less and less reactive. I had to push each button 2 to 3 times to get any kind of response. Around the same time, I started having problems getting it to charge.I had to use a rubber band to put pressure on the connection. I tried different chargers and even purchased a different battery to see if this would help. It did not. I contacted customer service and was told that it was out of warranty, but they did offer me a decent discount on a new monitor/camera set. I took them up on the offer, since I already had two cameras that still worked perfectly fine. I would have given this unit 5 stars, but I feel that 2 years is not long enough for the price.

> 24 hourWe purchased a second add-on camera for our second baby’s room. I’ve never owned another monitor so I can’t compare, but I do really like the features this camera and monitor offer. The ability to view my babies without having to just rely on noises alone makes this monitor well worth the money! It has a good range of motion for when my older son rolls around in his bed. My only complaints are that after a year the monitor will stop working and the screen will display a signal out of reach screen, even though everything is powered on and was just working. I took the battery out and let it sit for 20 mins as the manufacturer suggests, but within another week or so it started doing it again. I’m not sure if this is from the battery being plugged in for too long, but it is annoying because it sometimes stays on that screen for 3 or more minutes and powering on and off doesn’t resolve the issue, you just have to wait for it to reconnect. My other complaint is that on our first camera (the one we’ve had for over a year now) the port at which the cord plugs into the camera seems to be somewhat loose now and we have to wrap the cord around the camera with the antenna holding it in place to keep it connected. There are also times on that camera where the picture isn’t as clear, which maybe could be caused by the cord connection, but it’s just odd that one time the picture is great and the next it’s a tad blurry when the camera hasn’t been touched. Overall I’m very happy with this camera and monitor set.

> 24 hourWe’ve gone through three of these monitors in three years. The first one didn’t hold a charge after a few months of use. The second, same issue. We ordered a replacement battery, it still wouldn’t stay charged and always had to be attached to the wall charger. The third has worked better for us, however often drops the signal in our home. Very annoying, especially when we get the ‘out of signal range’ beep over and over in the middle of the night, when we’re right next to our kids’ room. Overall, I’m happy with the monitor - picture quality is good and I like the fact that you can have multiple cameras. Also like that I can talk through the monitor. Just a few small (annoying) bugs that may need to be worked out.
