To this day my Jaden thermal printer is still plugged in but its saying offline itll print test copies but wont print my labels for my business and its put me back days on shipping. Tech support has the worst response time and Ive called multiple times and Ive left multiple voice messages. Go with a brand that will actually care about its buyers that are running their own small businesses.

I ordered this for printing labels from pirate ship. I could not set it up (im not tech savvy) called the 800# in the manual a real person answered right away & walked me through the set up. Customer service rep was very helpful & very pleasant. I would recommend this printer.

when you go to make a label, it shoots the label out but nothing gets printed on it so this is absolutely no use to me the Jadens, LabelMaker or shipping label

Despite ordering the Bluetooth version and the label on the device showing the Bluetooth model, it did not have Bluetooth no matter how I tried to get it to work. I was able to get it to print via USB but the print quality was nothing short of trash. The app was awful anyway and would make every print a challenge. Maybe youll get lucky and get it to work but Id skip it.

Bought this to create shipping labels for my small business and I get great quality and functionality for a reasonable price.

Super easy and quick set up. Prints quickly and the quality is really good and also very clear. The only thing is I wish I could print multiple labels like in a row without having to keep clicking back and forth. But I havent had it a long time so not sure if thats an option to queue a bunch of labels an have them print one after another or if you just have to pop back and forth to the next one hit print pop back and the hit print to get them all to print. Either way good price and works really well. Definitely recommend Edit: I forgot to update that you can queue them to all print consecutively! So even better !
