Beautiful and very sturdy! This was much prettier than I expected. Great protection for really hot days, and gets a lot of compliments.

It may not be the best built parasol, but it certainly does its job. It is very beautiful. I bought this for my cousin and she agrees with me 100%. The design on the parasol was painted by someone. For me, that puts great value on the item. If you want to stand out, this is for you. Overall, this parasol is worth buying. Again, it may not be the best built parasol, but it holds up fairly well.

I used the parasol to compliment my geisha girl costume. It worked perfectly. Too fragile for children. Order long before you want it. Mine took several weeks to arrive.

Very cute, and wood mechanism is ingenious and unusual. I treat it gently though. Only problem is it does not seem to really block the sun out very well. Would not count on it to stop UV, but still nice looking.

This parasol was true to color and size. I use it to shade my garden plants when the sun is very strong. Its very attractive.

I live in the Deep South, and as I get older, I worry more about sun exposure. I wanted something to keep in my car for those occasions where I find myself out without shade. If you want a functional parasol, this may not be the best bet. If youre looking for something for a kid to play dress up with or for decoration, then youll likely be pleased.

I bought this to see if it would protect my hydrangea from the sweltering weather (over 100 Jul & Aug & Sept) but didn’t use it yet. I’ll try next year. It has a big job to wether heat and sprinklers so I’ll let you know then.

I got this to use as a photography prop and its a lovely addition to my collection. The little girls love modeling with it and the adult ladies enjoy using it as a prop to hold so they dont look or feel so self-conscious. Theres some comments about the little bit of fabric at the top but I dont find it too big of a deal. Ill upload one of the pics that Ive taken using it and you can see for yourself. Its very lovely for the price! Id get another one if needed.

The only positive I would say about this umbrella is that the hot pink color is very pretty. I ordered 4 and one had to be sent back because it would not stay opened. The small little bit of wood that holds up the umbrella was crooked so the umbrella kept closing. I ordered these for a dance performance and I pray these will last during practices until the actual performance in a couple of months. Overall, these were cheaply made, hence the affordable price.

Dont know why there are so many bad reviews! Great quality for the price! Perfect for prop or display use but I wouldnt prob use everyday! Worked great for a 50s theme tea party! This is the larger one, got the child sizes one for my 3 yr old!
