I got this to use as a photography prop and its a lovely addition to my collection. The little girls love modeling with it and the adult ladies enjoy using it as a prop to hold so they dont look or feel so self-conscious. Theres some comments about the little bit of fabric at the top but I dont find it too big of a deal. Ill upload one of the pics that Ive taken using it and you can see for yourself. Its very lovely for the price! Id get another one if needed.

The umbrella arrived in good condition, and overall I really like it. Its lovely, the color is beautiful and it seems to be made well. The mechanisim is all made with wood, so Im not sure how durable it is in the long term, but the price is fair, and were happy with it overall

Ive read reviews that they will brake easy. Well da! Their not made of steal ,and youre not marry popins.My daugter broke one already but she also goes through some rain umbrellas too. The parasol is made very well with cloth and bamboo. The art work could be a little better but you get what you pay for. I think its not a bad price.this is definitly an accessory for a little girl who likes to dress up!

Im using this as a photo prop. Its as described. Its lightweight and similar to photograph. Im comfortable with this purchase as a tool in my photography arsenal! :) Well see how it holds up over a short period. However, I recognize that it is a delicate item. If I dont update in 3 months youll know this product held up its short term end of the bargain. Its June 24, 2013. Good luck on your purchase.

got this for a baby shower umbrella.. mom isnt the frufru traditional type. more of a sleek pearls kind of girl. she loved it! and put it in the nursery for her new baby girl! took the advice of another reviewer to snip off the ends at the top of where that little extra paper is, because it looks unfinished. did that and its perfect

The color is not accurate. I was expecting a softer pink as the picture shows but unfortunately its more of a pepto bismol pink. I will still use this as a photo prop.

it is exactly what I wanted and expected. it was to replace one that broke. The package was wrapped good and arrived on time.

I bought this to see if it would protect my hydrangea from the sweltering weather (over 100 Jul & Aug & Sept) but didn’t use it yet. I’ll try next year. It has a big job to wether heat and sprinklers so I’ll let you know then.

The parasol was difficult to open. The top finishing piece was not attached. Fabric was a mess at the top. The worst part, however, is that a nail or staple or something is sticking out on the handle where you hold the parasol and it is sharp and will cut you. I believe it is holding the bottom on so you cant really get rid of it.

It may not be the best built parasol, but it certainly does its job. It is very beautiful. I bought this for my cousin and she agrees with me 100%. The design on the parasol was painted by someone. For me, that puts great value on the item. If you want to stand out, this is for you. Overall, this parasol is worth buying. Again, it may not be the best built parasol, but it holds up fairly well.
