Its a KA-BAR..need I say more?!?!

This knife is exactly as I wanted it. Awesome product that I bought for hunting but I found out it can be used to trim branches too. If your looking for a nice sturdy knife this is the one you want.

Well built knife that is classic and iconic. Cuts, chops and hammers good. The only down side is the sheath, it’s solid but does not have any adjustments capability for the belt loop. The “locking mechanism” is very stiff and you can’t draw it quickly IMO. If there was a quick release feature, like a button mechanism, it would be really nice.

This knife is a beast

When it arrived the serrations were not sharp and rounded off. Thankfully Ka-bar was very helpful. If you have an issue go through them. I was able to switch mine out in the span of a week

I was a little apprehensive about purchasing this after I read so many reviews about the knife not being sharp out of the box or a lack of quality but Im glad I made the purchase. This knife was razor sharp right out of the box and looks bad ass...worth buying just because of that if you ask me. Havent had the chance to put it to the test but I was able to cut a sheet of paper as in the Ka-Bar videos right out of the box. BUY IT! p.s. The sheath is nothing special but works really well and seems well made despite being all plastic.

Great knife

I decided to go ahead and buy this knife because of Ka-bars proven quality, and it was definitely a great decision. I would trust this knife with my life. It feels great in my hand and looks amazing. It came sharp enough to cut hair on my arm straight out of the box. I opted to get the hard sheath compared to the leather one because of everyone elses suggestion. It is definitely a great compliment to the knife, it locks the knife in very securely and is made out of quality materials. Overall, even though I dont think I will ever have to, I would buy this knife and sheath again in a heartbeat.

As described. Although Im slightly disappointed that the display box for the knife was damaged. This wouldnt be a big deal, but its a gift. Still 5 stars though.

This is the most versatile and useful knife Ive ever owned. I beat the heck out of it, and it stays sharp and keeps working like a champ. Ive used this knife to do all sorts of things including splitting logs for kindling, removing grass for making a fire pit, trimming palm trees, and a variety of other tasks. I could shave with the knife when it arrived in the box, and despite all the ways Ive abused it, I can put an edge on it and shave with it still. This is the best knife Ive ever owned.
