I like it, it is really good knife, good quality, good design. If you need a knife for hunting or camping in forest, it will work.

NIce knife. The button snap at the handle of the knife located on the sheath does not snap so I gave it four stars.

The best all around military-grade knife for the price. The edge lasts a long time and the serrated can cut down small trees.

This was for my son . The perfect knife for him . Just what he wanted and the sheath came with the knife. He was very pleased on Christmas Day .

I received the blade today in tip top condition. (seems like it). My only doubt is that my markings are OLEAN NY instead of OLEAN. NY. that I see on most blades. Sorry for the fuss but I just dont want my knife to be fake. Other than that the blade seems to be in mint condition as well as the sheath. Id appreciate any replies. Thank you.. Ka-Bearers :)

KA-BAR makes some of the greatest products in the world. This is a very sharp and well balance knife that is also lightweight. Locks well in its sheath and can be sheathed for quick access no matter how you carry/mount it or what hand you use. The tang on this model is a little thinner/smaller than the other more expensive models but that doesnt take away from quality and I dont foresee this ever being a problem with the usefulness/effectiveness of this knife in practical or combative applications. Perfect knife for anyone needing a well built and trustworthy tool or weapon.

While it doesn’t have the full nostalgia of a leather stacked Marine fighting knife there is no doubt it’s a Ka-Bar. This knife won’t let you down in an practical function you use it for. Like anything of you abuse it like I’ve seen in multiple YouTube torture tests of course it will break. If you need to cut cement this probably isn’t the knife for you. If you need something that can handle most everything else this knife won’t let you down.

Always important to have one of these with you as a backup. Great knife to own. The fact that its serrated just gives it more purpose of use.

easy to scratch if your not careful and needs sharpening, but great knife!

Very cool knife. havent tried it out yet in practical setting, but hope to soon. Good quality, comes sharp, has very nice carrying sleeve, about the right size for a survival/ camping knife.
