Just got it in the mail today. fairly fast shipping. The product is moderate in price and USA made good quality. You can spend more money, yet I am unsure you can buy better. This is 1/2 the price of my Cold Steel Recon Tanto and the Ka-bar sheath is much better than my CS. This came pretty sharp from the factory and cuts paper fairly well. Not quite razor sharp, but it shall do the job. Under normal conditions it should last a lifetime. I would give this four and 1/2 stars as it is close to being 5 star. I would love to take this thing to the woods as a camping heavy duty tool and it is thick. I do not believe you can go wrong in buying this.

Arrived razor sharp, the locking mechanism is a bit to get get used to; but at the end of the day it’s a good thing. Feels fantastic. Y’all should buy from them!

WOW! This is absolutely the finest materials and the finest construction quality. Its perfectly balanced and feels great in hand. Razor sharp right out of the box. I compared the glass filled nylon/hard plastic sheath to the leather sheath, and the plastic sheath is definitely the right choice. Thats hard for me to admit, because I hate plastic. It locks securely into the sheath without snapping the nylon strap restraint, which makes for easy retrieval (and after all, isnt that what you want in a survival knife). American made and well worth the price. There should be no reason to hesitate buying this KA-BAR knife over other brands of survival knives. Its the real deal!
