> 24 hourI needed a way to remotely turn on or off some circuits in my house. I am not yet using Alexa integration, just the iOS app. Installation and onboarding of the 2 plugs was simple and took less than 5 minutes to bring both plugs online in different parts of the house. They are sold by TP-Link, a fact I didnt realize when I ordered. Knowing they were a TP-Link product would have made my decision to buy this product a little easier because I have good luck with TP-Link networking products with the exception being they are slow to update firmware. My biggest negative is the size. As you can see from the pic, it fits somewhat on a power strip, but it takes out the outlet to the left and right if placed anywhere but first or last outlet. I know the Expressif systems-on-chip well. They are the microcontroller brand most often used in WiFi connected products these days. I have Expressif boards the size of my thumbnail so I know it is possible to shrink the footprint. I suspect theres a relay, some other components such as capacitors, resistors, the led-illumation and pushbutton, and thats about it. The size may be due to the power requirements to handle several amps of power. In conclusion, I need to set up a more complete home automation system and do some more research before buying more. But I would not hesitate to buy these again if they continue to meet my requirements.

> 24 hourEasy set up, mostly reliable. Doesnt like to stay connected to Google, so I have to set it up again every few weeks.

> 24 hourLove everything about it. Works perfectly. Alexa intervention is perfect too. Only thing is they are a little bigger than I thought they’d be but not too terrible

> 24 hourWorks great. Great value for money. Disconnect from the internet sometimes and have to unplug and plug back in but it’s very minor issue

> 24 hourI installed one smart plug from the 2-pack a year ago when I first purchased it a year ago and the installation when smoothly. I tried to set up the second plug and could not get it to work. I went on the website but that did not help. Tried calling and was speaking with a representative almost immediately. I was walked through the steps and within a minute or two the smart plug was up and running. I am very pleased with the service.

> 24 hourHeres an unconventional use of this product that can save you a few bucks: my hot water recirculation pumps built-in mechanical timer broke. Maybe it could be repaired, but for a few bucks this smart plug works even better. The pump is turned to always on, and I set a schedule in the Kasa app so it only runs exactly when needed. Also if Im off my usual schedule, I can turn on the pump from the app and set a timer for it to turn off automatically in 10 minutes. If youre buying a hot water recirculation pump, you can buy a model with a timer, or save ~$50 buying a model without a timer and use this smart plug which works better for less.

> 24 hourSimple set up and works with google home. I have one outside and its held up well to the elements so they are pretty tough. Wish it had a slightly slimmer profile though.

> 24 hourI had bought the 2 set HS103P2 three years ago, but hadnt had a reason to use it until now. The first one I had no trouble getting it to connect. The second one would not connect. Contacted support and they quickly got back to me and suggested to do a factory reset and info on how to do it. Worked great! Thanks for the great support!
