Recieved a Flex TV box from Comcast that requires to be plugged into an outlet. I dont like my streaming sticks/boxes to ALWAYS be on, and for whatever reason, whenever the power goes out, my TV turns and stays on when power is restored. Ive come home and woken up at night with my TV on after power blips. Enter this smart power strip that I can use with Ok Google and even program off times. Im able to turn my TV on with my voice and have programmed the strip to cut power at 1:00am every night so if I fall asleep while the TV is on it automatically cuts off. Plus, my TV stays off when the power blips, my Flex streaming box only has power when I want it to, and it lowers my vampire power usage!

It might have been having the USB plugs on, but it didnt restart after a power outage last month. But. I really liked the thing, so I got another one. This is very useful with a nanny cam. I can see the fan/temp/lights in the greenhouse, and control them without running all the way out there. Perfect! You can also turn the lights off on the unit, if you want complete darkness as well. The physical buttons are nice when youre there, and the status on/off light is nice to see. again, you can disable those, but it gets confusing. The app has a timer on it, and also keeps power-on stats for the outlets. The USB outlets are always on.

i wanted a power strip with individually addressable outlets for my aquarium that could be controlled by voice (Alexa) and also by schedule. This Kasa powerstrip really fits the bill. Like most Kasa products its very easy to set up via their app. (I also have several Kasa smart light bulbs.) It was easy to link with the Alexa app and now I can control the aquarium light and filter via voice command. Alexa, feed the fish starts a routine that turns off the pump for 10 minutes so that fishfood doesnt get blasted all around the tank. Having the light controlled on a set schedule is helpful to prevent algae growth so I dont have to remember to turn the light off. The USB ports are a useful addition. I have had no reliability issues -- it works perfectly. Ive had it running continuously for almost 3 months.

Basically this just works. I found this because my wife wanted a power strip with individual controls. We have other smart plugs and switches but this essentially acts as three smart plugs. The TP-Link stuff has been super-reliable for us and integrates well with Google home. I bought one of these for a friend for Christmas last year and hes been able to use it with Alexa without any troubles.

Worked great for a couple of months now the smart aspect of it works every so often making it the same as a simple power strip.

Best for using multiple smart devices and controlling it with one switch. Works perfectly but makes a loud click sound every time you turn a device on or off.

The Kasa Smart Plug Power Strip KP303, Surge Protector with 3 Individually Controlled Smart Outlets is a blessing, of which I really enjoy. The fact that I can turn devices On or Off with a voice command is amazing. The idea of having forgotten to turn a device off, that I can access over a cellular signal bring a such a peace of mind. I highly recommend the Kasa Line of smart devices. I have them in every room in my home, I never have to worry about having forgotten to turn something off.

I love Kasa Smart WiFi (TP Link) products and they work great with Alexa. I have both the 3 plug and the 5 plug which is energy monitoring and have the ability to control each plug individually. The strips were a little more difficult to get set up than the single plugs but once set up not a problem with them. They are easy to schedule programs for on and off if desired. Once set up I do not have problems with them like WeMo (which are gradually being replaced). Kasa products are so much more reliable and I love the ability to see the energy used (on the ones with that ability). I had outdoor plugs (KP400) set up last year and when plugged in this year they remembered my settings.

I have several Kasa items, but this is one of my favorite. The ease to control the power to multiple items in one power strip. I use one to turn off the power to the stereo, helps to reduce the risk of damage during a storm.

Well, its sleek looking. Handsome even. I saw this power strip and thought to myself well thats a good lookin power strip right there. That gets a solid 1 star..aside from the fact that Amazon doesnt allow zero. Im sure if i plugged things into it, it might work, but i could have bought 2x excellent APC dumb strips for the price. Ive got a google Wifi setup at home. First generation. NLS-1304-25. If you are familiar with mesh routers, aside from the netgear orbi, most of them have both 2.4 and 5 ghz broadcasted under the same SSID. Now most smart home devices, while all 2.4 ghz devices, can be classified per a google wifi setup as 1. Works out of the box 2. Works with a bit of gymnastics 3. Does not work / cant even get past setup Unlike the star rating, this fall under #3. ive got 4 Kasa plugs to my name and one other setup for another person. I could say I was a fan. Not my first time setting up a plug/plug like device in the TP link app. I had just failed attempt 21 with a TP link support person after failing setup 20 times myself. Not an exaggeration. i like even numbers. As part of the self troubleshooting process, i have tried the setup with 3 devices (2x Android, 1x ipad). Between each setup I did a reset by holding down one of the buttons on the switch to reset it back to a green/orange color and plugged/unplugged . Within said attempts, Ive tried things like only using an android device that works on the 2.4 ghz frequency (Android 8.1, some cheap LG), walking far away from my wifi to force a 2.4 ghz connection with my other android (pixel 3), and using the ipad. I can get as far as freezing on the attempting to connect the strip to the network or to the cannot connect to wifi screen, but no further. Rounding out hour 3.5 with support. Being escalated now to their senior engineer. Come on TP link. Ive already been burned by your Archer C8 router...gave TP link a chance with single plugs and was impressed..now this. Lets turn this review into 3 or 4 stars. EDIT: Follow the definition of insanity. Keep trying for hours. Do the same thing and eventually it will work. Actual troubleshooting got me nowhere. TP link support is useless. They will give you troubleshooting steps that you JUST DID and JUST TOLD them you did. This is staying at 1 star. Terrible product. Worse support. Powering on / item devices became hit or miss. Id hear the click but nothing. Id have to physically hit the switch button then hit it again for it to work. Stay away from this product. Get their single plugs if you are going to get their smart plug
