> 3 dayLots of false readings. Not sure of mine was defective, but it would show false readings on other breakers as well. Not as straightforward as I had hoped

> 3 dayI loved that it helped me locate a UCB.....Unidentified Circuit Breaker. What I DIDNT love was that it didnt correct the problem all on its own and I had to do most of the work. How long until SkyNet is functional?????

Greater than one weekI read both the positive and the negative reviews on here and bought it anyway. For the people posting the negative 1 star reviews. I wonder if they read the instructions before using this. You MUST go around ALL the circuit breakers ONCE before attempting to find the breaker you are looking for. This sets the sensitivity of the finder. When you go around the SECOND time, it will begin to flash as you get close to your breaker and light continuously on your breaker. Just go slowly both times and it will work perfectly. If you go around a THIRD time, you will have trouble finding the breaker as I believe the sensitivity is reduced on the third go-round. If this happens, just turn off the finder and turn back on and repeat the procedure. This is so much better than the hunt and peck procedure without a finder. Makes working on your switches/outlets quick and easy, but verify your power is off with a non-contact checker BEFORE working on ANY electrical connections.

Greater than one weekI was today years old when I figure it out just how badly I could have used this many many times prior. This is a tool that I think everyone should own. Whether you are simply renting a place or you own your own home, it will be handy for finding circuits. I don’t know what kind of voodoo is contained within, but it definitely works very well! Highly recommend five out of five stars!!!
