> 3 dayHave always used the self retracting tapes where you had to manually lock them. Its so great not having to worry about the tape snapping back because the end wasnt secure. It takes a little getting use to working backwards, pushing the button to extend / retract the tape, but it doesnt take long before you really appreciate the difference. The tape is easily readable. Not sure about how long the self locking mechanism will last, but so good, so far.

> 3 dayThis is a decent product for the money. I like the fact that it automatically holds whatever length of the tape measure you pull out, without any effort from me. Thats the first one that Ive owned that does that. Im satisfied with it.

> 3 dayThis is a great tool for measuring things around the house. I just used it the other day to measure how big a signed picture of Hall of Fame MLB player Harold Baines is so that I could buy an appropriate frame for it. Its nice and big so its hard to lose (I lost the small measuring tape I had before) and the surface is very easy to grip and hold. The lock feature is intuitive to use.

> 3 dayI have purchased 4 or 5 compact tape measures in the past few years for car emergency kits, household use, etc... I ordered one of the Komeleon tapes to try out because it was a good price and has good reviews. Those other 4-5 tapes I purchased were given to friends and I bought 3 more of these to replace them. They are that good. The locking mechanism is smooth and the tape reels in quickly but not as fast as most tapes that bite your hand when they come flying in and get kinked near the end. Best of all I measured my wall for the other night for an 8 fish replica mount I am getting made soon. This tape was able to span the the gap without collapsing. For a compact tape measure that is beyond impressive. There was a large bow in the tape when measuring 8 feet but if you find any other tape measure on the market that can hold horizontal for 2/3 of its length let me know. If you find one for this value I will buy them all.

> 3 dayHave been super reliable and have had my old tapes for seven years or so and finally killed my 25 footer so got the same tape and am sure to be good for seven more years. Woodworking, mechanic, lumber cutting

> 3 dayThe measure tape is very good quality if not better than the more expensive alternatives. Would be even better if it has both inch and cm

Greater than one weekThis seems to be quality. It certainly feels like it. Weve had one in our office for about two months now and no issues. I certainly dont mind buying more of these to spread around the office at this cost. Far less expensive than my craftsman and still does the job. Every one likes the yellow tape as well.

Greater than one weekThis is a great tape measure. The tape stays in place when pulled out for measurements and retracts easily and quickly by pressing the release button. Recommend!
