Not too expensive and yet is an awesome tape works as expected

Excellent tape. Love the auto lock feature. Would have given it 5 stars if it had both inch and centimeter reading on it.

This works very well. It locks in place and then retracts easily

After a few uses lock doesn’t work

Ive had this less than 2 months and not at all happy with the self-locking feature. It doesnt always stay and, the longer you extend it, the more likely it is to slip. You have to try and hold it down with one hand while marking your measurement with the other (which might be OK for approximate measurements, but definitely not for anything that has to be exact.) There is no manual lock - only a manual release. Ill find some use for this, but probably have to buy another tape.

Not a big tool gal, but had to leave a review because this truly is THE BEST tape measure. It locks automatically, easy to read the numbers and lightweight. Going to buy by my friends all one for Christmas. Excellent produc no

Maybe my fault for assuming the top rated tape measures would include metric measurements as well. Still not particularly easy to read. The build quality seems good enough for the price.
