The colors are rich and smooth! I love the variations on different shades and am so glad that the colors fades just enough. Youre not afraid that it will come out much too light.

Im no artist by any means, just a wanna be. I love this watercolor set. Some reviewers said they had to let the water set on the paints for a long time and they were chalky, I did not see that at all. I did buy a different brand also and those were very chalky. These go down smooth and creamy. So far I really love them.

I really like this set, although Im relatively new to water color, the paints are just so creamy and so easily mixed.

Very creamy collection of colors, great assortment, easy to use. I am a beginner watercolor painter, so finding an affordable but good quality set of paints was important to me. I think 36 colors providers a good variety of colors to work with as a beginner.
