I purchased this for my grandson and it made me the best grandmother in the whole world. And he allows his cousins to help build with him, so everyone is enjoying his gift

Ive never been much of a Lego person but my hubby got this for me since Im obsessed with Harry Potter. And it was amazing, we had such a good time building it. the instructions are really easy to follow and once completed the castle looks great. I will definitely be buying more HP Legos.

While I admire some of the little detail of this... it is overall very unstable. For a set designed to be a sort of playhouse this thing is as fragile as they come. My LEGO-savy 21 year old was tearing her hair out as pieces kept falling off as she built... I stepped in to help finish for the intended 6 year old and saw her frustration was well founded. Why the main base of the building is 4 pieces I will never understand... it could have easily been 1 for more stability. Additionally, the finished product was much smaller than I would have expected. The Star Wars sets are much more solid-we’ll stick with them in the future.

This was so much fun to put together! It was packaged great- no damage. It shipped fast and was in perfect condition. I found it was missing a few seemingly insignificant pieces but when I began to put it together, I found that they were really important after all. I went to Lego.com and they replaced them free of charge!! Good to know!! LEGOS are always highly recommend and this was a good price!

Daughter absolutely loves the set and comes with ever character a Harry Potter fan would want including some of the pets. Plus its Legos, was a great present for your kids to keep there mind busy.
