A great value and quality set for any harry potter fan. Real center piece and the rest of the series can be built in adjunct to this one. Comes with a nice set of core mini figures, as usual lego quality shines end to end. The models and parts fit and stay in place. In terms of value, quality and price/size ratio it is probably one of the best in 2018. Even if you are not a harry potter fan, it is a fantastic set to have. For me the real plus point it the other series like whomping willow can be bought to extend it make the whole thing grandeur.

Whether you collect legos or do not own any, this is a great gift for a Harry Potter fan. Building your very own Great Hall is thrilling. I really cannot get over how cool this looks once all put together. The picture does not do it justice and it is certainly a display piece. Ive been to homes where they had the Magic Kingdom on display and this is up there with that. The set includes 10 characters so you can recreate scenes from the book. Hagrids lego piece is amazing and looks just like him, i love that they included his little umbrella. I found the basilisk to be a little underwhelming and not as scary as I would like. Super fun set that Harry Potter fans will enjoy

We gave this to our 10 year old grand daughter for her birthday!! She has read all the Harry Potter books and really wanted this lego set for her birthday! She is having a great time putting it all together and playing with it as she puts it together!!

Wow, Harry Potter Lego sets are so detailed! This one takes a few hours to build but the instructions are easy to follow! My nephew had lots of fun putting it together. Highly recommend this set!

He started reading Harry Potter about a couple months ago and liked the subject, so that was fun. This was his surprised birthday present and was his first Big Lego set ( mean more than 500 pieces) that added to his few Harry Potter mini figures collection. He could follow the instruction. It occupied his desk to build it. I only allowed him to do an hour each day and it took him four evenings to finish it. He proud of it. I would definitely buy the other set since he start begging for the Whomping Willow.

paid NEW pricetag and received item in worn, taped up Lego box with 1 bag of pieces torn open and strewn throughout the box. Very disappointed as this was a birthday gift. Returning for NEW replacement!
