> 24 hourPretty sensitive to working out in summer heat, didnt think Id be able to play tennis outside because of it, but I really think Liquid IV has allowed me to because NOTHING else could hydrate me and balance electrolytes like this product. Truly been a game changer for me. Can play for two hours in 100 degree heat...water, gatorade, nothing worked for me.

> 24 hourI donate plasma, work out, drink a lot and am a college student so these are a lifesaver for me!! I always drink these a day before I give plasma and it makes the process SO much better. Before a night out drinking if I drink one of these I will almost never get hungover, or even if I know I’ll have a long day of classes I’ll drink this in the morning and feel good throughout the day. Honestly, whatever helps me reach my desired water intake is amazing to me❤️ Con: tastes HORRIBLE so better to chug, not sip

> 24 hourIf I drink 3 to 4 of these while drinking, I will not be hung over at all the next day no matter how much I had the night before

> 24 hourI ordered these not for fitness reasons but because a bunch of people recommended it for Pots and dysautonomia. I believe the sodium and potassium in it could potentially help. I did notice right after my first use, my lips became plump and not chapped at all. I felt refreshed. The second use as well. I really started to think this was the answer for feeling dehydrated and also to potentially help me with any electrolyte imbalances. However, on try 3, mind you, I only had one every other day, I got very nauseous and within an hour I had a canker sore (sore inside my mouth). I felt sick. And my eyes looked a tiny tinge of yellow. I would just tell people to be very, very careful. Do what feels right but even one serving every other day was too much for me. Something in the drink made my body react somewhat violently. I doubt it was the sodium or potassium but perhaps the high amount of vitamin c or b? (I do take a multivitamin and get 100% of the needed amount already.) The high amount of sugar didn’t help either. Anyway, I don’t know why it happened but I won’t be drinking this regularly. I did find an alternative called LMNT which only has sodium, potassium and magnesium and nothing else added to it. But too soon to know if it’s truly better.

> 24 hourThis stuff really works! When you NEED that extra liquid in your system before, during, or after hard work this helps your entire body. You don’t have to be a professional athletic to require extra water in your system.
