We love Liquid IV for electrolytes. We drink them any time we have a headache or have been working outside in the heat. Very beneficial. My husband loves this grape flavor.

Works great and really makes you hydrated but the consistency of the water makes it hard for me to drink personally.

When I first bought this, I was a bit sketchy of the product itself. I was completely wrong! It is one of the best hydrating products out there and I stayed hydrated all day. The grape flavoring isnt overpowering and tastes amazing! I put this product in my water every morning and it reduces stress/anxiety. It also works very well after a hangover! Just drink it before you go to bed if you are drunk and you will feel so much better in the morning. 100% recommend and will definitely buy this product again.

So it’s been 100+ degrees here in our lovely dry utah and my husband is a mechanic in the heat all day. We’ve been trying these to help since he is terrible with drinking enough water. We have tried the lemon lime and the pina colada and the pineapple euzu? Let me just say grape is the best flavor. My husband chugged it right away where the others he has to try really hard to drink them but the pineapple euzu is great too but it’s my 2nd favorite now we’ve had the grape!! Be aware these are hydration so they’re salty! But only right up front. We have been feeling so much better drinking these though!!!!

I bought this product to help hydrate more quickly before work. The concord grape flavor tastes great, and the electrolyte solution helps invigorate the body after waking up.

Used this while working on an onsite project where we were outside in 90+ degree weather for 8hrs. I don’t do well in a lot of heat, because I sweat a lot and end up feeling really lethargic and irritable at the end of the day. But I packed this with me and it helped SO much. I was still drinking a lot of water, but felt energetic by the of the day and didn’t get a headache from sitting in the heat for that long. Highly suggest!

Love all the flavors liquid iv offers but Concord grape is amazing. I drink multiple liquid ivs a day and so thankful they sell these in packages of 3 so I dont have to reorder so often
