I was skeptical about these but I work an intense job. The kind of job that is 12-16 hours of running around or standing on your feet. Sometimes I work myself so hard I wake up with a “work hangover” or don’t even have enough water flow to generate pee my whole day. This has helped me so much. When I drink it in the morning I feel like it replaces what I’ve lost. If I drink it on shift I feel like I get less depleted. The grape is my favorite but they are all worth it.

My main concern was my stomach not being able to handle this. It was fine and actually really good i mixed mine with Gatorade!

Randomly stumbled across this and man has it saved my bacon from a major hangover! After a night of heavy alcohol consumption, just drink it before bed! The serving portion says 1 Packet but honestly its a LOT so I split it to 2 or even 3 servings! Instead of pounding 4 glasses of water just 1 of these gets it done! Flavor is awesome too! Price is a steal. Its also nice if youre sick with a stomach bug and cant eat! It gives you nutrients and sits well on your belly

I use one packaged a day, it gets really hot out in the oil field. When it’s 100 degrees outside, on the oilfield pad you’re looking at 130 degrees.

Taste better then all the other hydration packets. But hey, some folks like mayo and some Miricle whip. Some folks like Macdonalds and some folks like to live. These packets work fast and taste great. Mcdonalds cant say that anymore now can they ....stay hydrated friends.

Long time fan. Love the Concord grape flavor! Great product, great promotion. I just pour the powder into a cold 16.5 oz bottle of purified water...shake it up & take it with me to choral rehearsals or wherever I go, to stay hydrated which can be difficult with a chronic condition like IBD. Thanks for keeping it interesting with all the new flavors!

My doctor says to use this sparingly for it might not rehydrate me that fast as noted. The product is VERY sweet even with plain water; so take it with plain spring water and not any juices etc.

Use this to supplement my water intake. Love the flavor
