> 3 daySo I fell for the RO system. No complaints until I began going back to the gym. I would hydrate until my pee was clear. I’d workout but then ended up having these nagging headaches everyday. Not sure why, but I kept up with water and Advil. I read reviews and bought this. Believe me when I say this stuff works miracles. The taste is great but keep in mind it should be 16oz no more no less or you will not enjoy the taste. I use two of these packs for my 32oz bottle. I drink it before, during, and after my workouts and I’m amazed as to how my headaches have vanished. The strawberry flavor is certainly a favorite and tangerine. You won’t be disappointed.

Greater than one weekMy doctor says to use this sparingly for it might not rehydrate me that fast as noted. The product is VERY sweet even with plain water; so take it with plain spring water and not any juices etc.

> 3 dayIve been using liquid IV since it came out starting with the original flavor which was basically ocean water. Theyve improved over the years and each flavor they come out with is better than the last. The grape is where its at though!! Of all the flavors this is by far my favorite! I highly recommend predosing with liquid Iv before you go outside/do anything where you know you are going to be dehydrated. Im a wedding photographer and drink one before leaving for a wedding and I can tell the difference in how I feel from the weddings where I remember to do it vs. the ones that I do not.
