I’ve tried most Liquid I.V. flavors and this is by far the best one.

Bought for husband who does drink water. Was getting dizzy due to being dehydrated. Says he can tell the difference not dizzy when he drinks.

Ive always struggled to stay hydrated because Ive never liked the taste of water (unless Im really thirsty). Im so impressed with this product; I wish I found it sooner!! The flavor is great and can be diluted to be pretty subtle. It is also strangely wet tasting, like you can feel the hydration. Not sure how to more accurately describe that effect. And so much better for you than juice, tea, etc. I also prefer the taste compared to propel/gatorade. This product almost tastes lighter and fresher. Overall, Im a huge fan and highly recommend to anyone else struggling with the taste of water!! Cant wait to try the other flavors.

Drink this before you go to sleep after drinking a lot and wake up feeling just fine

We love Liquid IV for electrolytes. We drink them any time we have a headache or have been working outside in the heat. Very beneficial. My husband loves this grape flavor.

The absolute best thing for staying hydrated. My husband works outside year round & uses these in the summer to avoid heat exhaustion. Also great to use if you have a kidney stone & need to hydrate a ton to help push the stone out.
