We love Liquid IV for electrolytes. We drink them any time we have a headache or have been working outside in the heat. Very beneficial. My husband loves this grape flavor.

I have tried all of the flavors. I love Grape the best. Tastes like the grape flavored gum of my childhood.

This product tastes very good. It comes in a multitude of flavors and does what its supposed to do which is to quench your thirst. Its also great because it comes in little packets that you can take to work, school, etc and just drop into a bottle of water. It mixes very well and doesnt leave a residue. Cant wait to try out their other flavors.

Used this while working on an onsite project where we were outside in 90+ degree weather for 8hrs. I don’t do well in a lot of heat, because I sweat a lot and end up feeling really lethargic and irritable at the end of the day. But I packed this with me and it helped SO much. I was still drinking a lot of water, but felt energetic by the of the day and didn’t get a headache from sitting in the heat for that long. Highly suggest!

The flavors are tasty and right amount of flavor vs plain water. The benefits of liquid IV helps keep you hydrated which helps with our mental performance also.

Randomly stumbled across this and man has it saved my bacon from a major hangover! After a night of heavy alcohol consumption, just drink it before bed! The serving portion says 1 Packet but honestly its a LOT so I split it to 2 or even 3 servings! Instead of pounding 4 glasses of water just 1 of these gets it done! Flavor is awesome too! Price is a steal. Its also nice if youre sick with a stomach bug and cant eat! It gives you nutrients and sits well on your belly
