IMO these taste great, and they were a huge help to me in abating fatigue when traveling, but I was shocked by the amount of added sugar in each packet.

I’ve tried most Liquid I.V. flavors and this is by far the best one.

While this product absolutely works, the flavor is very light and mild. I personally prefer something that tastes stronger, thus the 4 stars.

The grape flavor is tasty and easy to swallow. I was suffering from severe dehydration because I did not drink enough water. Now the grape flavor helps me to drink more and increase hydration.

Taste good. Helps when you need that extra ooff a day! When you can not hold food down and feel sluggish this really will help lift you up!

Ive been using liquid IV since it came out starting with the original flavor which was basically ocean water. Theyve improved over the years and each flavor they come out with is better than the last. The grape is where its at though!! Of all the flavors this is by far my favorite! I highly recommend predosing with liquid Iv before you go outside/do anything where you know you are going to be dehydrated. Im a wedding photographer and drink one before leaving for a wedding and I can tell the difference in how I feel from the weddings where I remember to do it vs. the ones that I do not.

I sweat a lot and to say the least, maintaining Hydration can be very challenging. Like on hikes, working out or what ever. Adding this to water bounces me back every time.

I live liquid iv , just not a big fan of this flavor . Wanted to try it . I’ll stick with lemon lime !

Taste better then all the other hydration packets. But hey, some folks like mayo and some Miricle whip. Some folks like Macdonalds and some folks like to live. These packets work fast and taste great. Mcdonalds cant say that anymore now can they ....stay hydrated friends.
