Greater than one weekThis flavor is probably one of my favorites because it’s not too overpowering and I don’t get tired drinking a few packets. I will say you need to use a bit less water than expected or else the flavor gets watered down. Overall though I feel great after drinking it!

> 3 dayI am pregnant and Ive just been wanting to drink something besides water that isnt loaded with sugar and completely horrible for baby. I bought these and I am in love. I bought the lemon lime flavor and it tastes super yummy. If you are familiar with the lemon lime Gatorade or Suero (electrolyte) drink they taste identical. I cant wait to try other flavors
