This is a great product for those who struggle to force themselves to drink enough water each day. I cannot speak to the scientific claim of hydration multiplication, but even without that perk, I drink more water because I add Liquid IV. So, in that way, my hydration is multiplied regardless. I have tried several flavors but I always return to lemon lime. It is just the perfect amount of flavorful but not overwhelming. I especially like that it does not try to pretend to be a whole different drink, which always makes me think of watered down juice. No, instead it tastes like water. I know that I am drinking water, but it is water with pizazz. Water with just enough sugar to be palatable to my water-hating constitution. I recommend that you try it two ways before making a decision: once by putting 1 whole tube of Liquid IV into a 16.8 oz water bottle and once by putting half a tube into a 16.8oz water bottle. You may find a whole tube overwhelmingly sweet with too much flavor and in that case, half a tube will be perfect for you. I like both because sometimes I want a little more pizazz and sometimes I want less.

I love this product. I personally do not drink coffee or any other products with caffine in the mornings, but every single day I start my morning with a Liquid IV (lemon lime, always) and this is my morning pick me up or boost as I like to call it. Gets me hydrated, some sugar in me, and ready for the day.

This stuff is effective and delicious. I have always been a person who has struggled to drink enough water. Im often dehydrated and this can lead to brain fog and migraines - especially during and after workouts. When I use Liquid IV, I put 1/4 in each large bottle of water I drink. The yummy flavor is enough to keep me drinking throughout the day and by the end of the day I have used one entire Liquid IV dose. I do notice a difference from when I am hydrated with just water versus being hydrated with Liquid IV. I feel like the biggest difference I notice is that Liquid IV helps reduce brain fog. If ever I feel a migraine coming on, I quickly use Liquid IV and notice a quick reduction in my symptoms. During fasts, I also use Liquid IV to ensure I am getting enough electrolytes. I have tried the other flavors of Liquid IV but Lemon Lime continues to be my all-time favorite. The visual identity is well-displayed on the packaging and the info has a decent hierarchy to where you know what youre looking at and how to use the product. The only thing I would change is that I wish they sold a stackable version.
