Good stuff! I went from sea level to an elevation of 9800 feet in a day. I started drinking Liquid IV a day before I was to travel and intermittently throughout my trip. It kept me hydrated, and for me, really helped with the altitude adjustment.

Friend suggested this a while ago. I’m not a fan of flavored water, I do enjoy this.

IT TOOK CARE OF MY MUSCLE CONTRACTIONS. MOST PEOPLE HAVE NO SIDE EFFECTS FROM THIS PRODUCT, BUT YOU NEED TO DO A SEARCH AND VIEW THE POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS SO YOU WILL KNOW IF YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE WHO CAN BE AFFECTED.

Im torn. I love the taste but when you look at the label... SO MUCH SODIUM! Drinking this once a day made me bloated. Not worth the side effects to me. I would recommend using once in a while but definitely not once a day! I would find a different low sodium option if youre looking for once a day.
