> 3 dayThis is all around just a good budget friendly gesso for those just getting into painting! I recommend adding a dot of your favorite starting color while priming your canvas to break up the white. Goes and smoothly and should last me a good while!

> 3 dayIts my first time using gesso to reuse old canvases, and while it takes a couple layers, it gets the job done. No complaints.

> 3 dayDid some testing on paper and put the gesso on a few pieces of watercolor and printmaking paper and tested it out. worked wonderfully and the paper now lets me paint on it with oil.

> 3 dayi just got into art and wanted to take the next step and make my own canvases. it can be so much money buying a pre stretched canvas on its own. and you feel guilty when you mess up. not anymore. i stretch everything now and i can have fun. This product is great. i usally do two coats. one coat just brushing up and down, then the other coat going left and right. this way i know for sure the product goes inside all the fibers of the canvas it is a need for any artist

> 3 dayI love using this fantastic gesso to prep my art journal pages and I’m thrilled to have received it so quickly. This gesso covers the writing lines of pages throughout my basic composition book so that the thin pages are receptive to the many art mediums I throw at it.

> 3 dayI wanted to paint three rather nicely designed cardboard contains with lids for storage. The containers were thick cardboard and had magic marker written all over them. This gesso I painted on with a brush, giving a couple coats over heavily marked up areas, allowed to thoroughly dry, then spray painted with acrylic paint. End result was perfectly painted containers. I allowed to thoroughly dry in garage for 3 days before bringing inside, so all smell was gone.
