> 3 dayCoverage is not great. More see-through than expected. A lot is needed for minimum coverage. My advice: Don’t use Liquitex. There are better brands out there.

> 3 dayThis was my first time trying out this product (a Youtuber mentioned gesso does wonders). This stuff dried insanely fast! By the time I was halfway through one swipe on an 8 page, it was completely dry, which then created a lot of clumps/bumps on the page. Will probably never buy again.

Greater than one weekalways used liquitex for the last 40 years . Sands beautifully as gives even 3coat pro canvas a perfect work surface.

Greater than one weekI use this to prep my canvases for pour painting. It is excellent quality. Very easy to use and spread. Great for beginners - if you are new to art spread this on your canvas with a brush before using your acrylics.

> 3 dayThe products are very good you can buy more expensive paint but no real reason to Heavy body paint works great with this base.

Greater than one weekI use this gesso for making hand painted greeting cards. First I spray a clear sealer, then use Liquitex gesso, then paint the background and then the roses. This gesso works very well!

> 3 dayi just got into art and wanted to take the next step and make my own canvases. it can be so much money buying a pre stretched canvas on its own. and you feel guilty when you mess up. not anymore. i stretch everything now and i can have fun. This product is great. i usally do two coats. one coat just brushing up and down, then the other coat going left and right. this way i know for sure the product goes inside all the fibers of the canvas it is a need for any artist

Greater than one weekThis is all around just a good budget friendly gesso for those just getting into painting! I recommend adding a dot of your favorite starting color while priming your canvas to break up the white. Goes and smoothly and should last me a good while!

> 3 dayIt’s cheap and works fine as compared to other expensive gesso. So yes I do recommend it
