Had them for a couple of weeks and love them so far. Only thing I dont like is that volume resets every time I turn it on and game/voice volume are controlled by the same wheel and switched by pressing different buttons.

Love it. My bf loves its. You can takes call while you on game. It connect to the computer and your phone. Best. Annddd the battery last!!

The only thing I had a problem with was the pads made it seem very hot but I got what I paid for but overall great

I bought these to use for my PS5 and PC. The Dongle doesnt know if it is plugged into a Console or PC and you have to toggle with the button to the correct color immediately after plugging it in. I wasnt able to test it on my PS5, but when using it on my PC, my mic would disappear and couldnt be found. The instructions for what color is what is in picture format only and printed in black and white. I thought that it might be a firmware issue and found that it didnt have the latest firmware installed and every installation attempt failed. I was looking at getting away from turtle beach and thought this would be a good alternative. I was way off the mark for a $120 Price tag.

It is OK but should have a beep sound when mute and unmute. Also sometimes you need to reconnect usb since sound doesnt come out.

I have had this headset for about 5 months now. It consistently has made crackling and popping noises, and recently the mic has stopped working properly. I believe it is because of the blue tooth connectivity. I reached out to Astro, and they only sent me trouble shooting instructions which have not worked. I don’t know if I just have a faulty headset or if its a bad product, but it looks like Astro is saying I am out of luck. This is expensive headset that should not have these problems, and the customer service is poor. I do not recommend buying. <update> Astro is sending me a new headset. I will update to 5 stars if my new one isn’t faulty because overall I do like the headset when it works correctly.

I liked that I’m able to use a headset without having to use wires. Just plug the usb receiver into the console or pc. Press the small button to change it on Xbox or pc. Green is for Xbox and white is for pc.

While playing, the other people I play with say that I sound funny with these headphones. I dont think the sound quality is great. The wireless part is nice. But I also wish the sound was louder. I would put the volume at 100% full, and its still a little to quiet.

Great sound quality. I think the 2 preset eqs are perfect. One for FPS and the other for everything else. I use them with Dolby as well and I love everything about them. They could be a tad louder but its loud enough to hear footsteps really well. Probably the best headset Ive used since my x11s way back in the day and maybe the mic based on other reviews but dont let that not make you buy it. The mic is good enough. The only question is longevity at this point

Worth the money for sure, the sound is amazing and lasts forever
