Greater than one weekGreat sound quality. I think the 2 preset eqs are perfect. One for FPS and the other for everything else. I use them with Dolby as well and I love everything about them. They could be a tad louder but its loud enough to hear footsteps really well. Probably the best headset Ive used since my x11s way back in the day and maybe the mic based on other reviews but dont let that not make you buy it. The mic is good enough. The only question is longevity at this point

> 3 dayAdjusting the volume between the game and party chat isnt simple I cant really tune one up or down at will it is all or nothing. The volume wheel doesnt work that great it would be nice to adjust through the Xbox to really fine tune what you want to hear and what you dont. Otherwise its good I can hear everything very clearly weather Im playing a game or watching a movie and it doesnt feel bad to wear.

> 3 day**1 week review**Based on the reviews, I ordered a pair of these. I wanted a headset that had at least average sound, a good mic for communicating, and comfort. This gave me 0/3. The mic is beyond terrible; the monitoring does not detect your voice at any level below heavy metal screaming (when having it directly placed next to my mouth). For headsets, you should see the little mic icon illuminated with the sounds icon when speaking while playing a game. This headset does not do that and there is no way to change the mic monitoring or level of sensitivity to sound, although, at least the mic icon pops up. The headset is slightly comfortable until you wear it for more than 30 minutes and you begin to feel it clamping onto your head. Lastly, the sound is sub-average. I wasn’t able to hear minuscule sounds while playing a game and there is no depth to the frequency. The ear muffs will make the noise transmitting through sound hollow. If you’re searching for a headset that allows adjustable-and provides a functional-mic monitoring with quality sound/comfort, don’t waste your money on this. I will be returning mine and continue looking for a headset with the above features.

> 3 dayThe sound and mic quality are great as well as the mute with flipping the mic up and down. However this only helps mostly on solo games because you can’t adjust settings other then on the headset ei mic volume, game and player volume. Now this wouldn’t be a big problem other then the settings reset every time you turn it on and off again after a play session. All in all not that impressed

> 3 dayHad them for a couple of weeks and love them so far. Only thing I dont like is that volume resets every time I turn it on and game/voice volume are controlled by the same wheel and switched by pressing different buttons.

Greater than one weekI like the fit and quality. But the battery drains fairly quickly if you play every day. I can play with the headset plugged into power to recharge but it goes from warning you the power is low to being off very quickly. The sound is good.

> 3 dayWhy Microsoft doesn’t support native Bluetooth is beyond me. I own a bunch of BT headsets so it’s really annoying to have another for my Xbox. But that’s a Microsoft issue not an Astro one. I didn’t want to drop too much money on a headset, but since it’s strictly for gaming I didn’t care about good audio quality for music. The A20 hits the mark on that. This would easily be a 3 star review but it’s priced so well I went with 4. Sound quality for gaming is good enough, comfort is good enough, and battery life is good enough. But the value is high. My biggest complaint is the headset has a USB-C charging port but will NOT charge off of a USB-C port. It will only charge in a USB-A port. That makes no sense. Like most other Xbox headsets it has its own USB dongle which I’ve found I can move to some interesting random devices and have it work. Again that’s not Astros fault. The volume could stand to go louder as well but it’s good enough for gaming. Overall it’s a great Xbox headset at the price point it’s at. The quality is what I’ve always expected from Astro.

> 3 dayNice headphones feel comfy, easy to mute. Price wasn’t bad. Sometimes when I’m in party or game chat they can hear my AC and some background noise is only complaint but it’s not all the time
