> 3 dayGreat headset and very comfortable, even for glasses wearers. It doesn’t block out much background noise. I’ll be using this for working remotely as opposed to gaming. Please be forewarned that PC set up sucks, or at least it did for me and a few other reviewers. Long story short, the YouTube tutorial, in-box directions, and Astro support page are not helpful if things just don’t work immediately. If you want to connect this to a PC, plug everything in, PRESS THE GAME MODE BUTTON on the headset (pro secret tip scavenged from a reviewer below, thank you kind human), and make sure the little USB light is solid white. Blue is (apparently) for game systems. The Command Center doesn’t seem to do much/be of use for this model, or at least isn’t on my laptop. Good luck!

Greater than one weekThis is my first wireless headset so I’m new to everything but for what I brought I will say it gives great quality sound and battery usages. Very light on head too. The one thing I don’t like about it is on my Xbox series s I’m not able to change the chat mixer on it

> 3 dayFits nice. Would be better to add more range to fit people with larger heads, but sound is great, however the mic wont operate correctly but a restart of the Xbox fixes it right up. So its unclear if its the headset or the Xbox thats being annoying. 8/10

> 3 dayWhy Microsoft doesn’t support native Bluetooth is beyond me. I own a bunch of BT headsets so it’s really annoying to have another for my Xbox. But that’s a Microsoft issue not an Astro one. I didn’t want to drop too much money on a headset, but since it’s strictly for gaming I didn’t care about good audio quality for music. The A20 hits the mark on that. This would easily be a 3 star review but it’s priced so well I went with 4. Sound quality for gaming is good enough, comfort is good enough, and battery life is good enough. But the value is high. My biggest complaint is the headset has a USB-C charging port but will NOT charge off of a USB-C port. It will only charge in a USB-A port. That makes no sense. Like most other Xbox headsets it has its own USB dongle which I’ve found I can move to some interesting random devices and have it work. Again that’s not Astros fault. The volume could stand to go louder as well but it’s good enough for gaming. Overall it’s a great Xbox headset at the price point it’s at. The quality is what I’ve always expected from Astro.

Greater than one weekI liked that I’m able to use a headset without having to use wires. Just plug the usb receiver into the console or pc. Press the small button to change it on Xbox or pc. Green is for Xbox and white is for pc.
