> 3 dayIts a great wireless headset. But if youre expecting something like the A40 or A50 with EQ profiles, noise gates, mic settings, then you may be disappointed. It comes with 3 total EQ presets that you can change by pushing a button on the headset. The Astro Command Center does absolutely nothing when you connect this headset except for asking if you want it to default to PC or Xbox mode. Otherwise its all blank. The headset cant be modded because none of the parts are replaceable. The mic boom doesnt come off either. One major problem Ive been experiencing is that the microphone seems to pick up a lot of room noise. Either it has no noise cancelation or its an omni-directional mic, because it picks up people talking like 10 feet away, and it picks up my laptop fan noise sometimes. Unfortunately theres no setting available to adjust noise gates. Sound quality is excellent, just make sure youve got Dolby Atmos. You can also use the free Windows Sonic instead, but I found that on some PC games like Call of Duty, Windows Sonic doesnt work correctly. The main reason to get this headset is that its the cheapest wireless Astro headset, and it supports both Xbox and PC out of the box. Its definitely an upgrade over the Turtles. But it may not be good for you if you are in a noisy environment

> 3 dayThe sound and mic quality are great as well as the mute with flipping the mic up and down. However this only helps mostly on solo games because you can’t adjust settings other then on the headset ei mic volume, game and player volume. Now this wouldn’t be a big problem other then the settings reset every time you turn it on and off again after a play session. All in all not that impressed

Greater than one weekWhy Microsoft doesn’t support native Bluetooth is beyond me. I own a bunch of BT headsets so it’s really annoying to have another for my Xbox. But that’s a Microsoft issue not an Astro one. I didn’t want to drop too much money on a headset, but since it’s strictly for gaming I didn’t care about good audio quality for music. The A20 hits the mark on that. This would easily be a 3 star review but it’s priced so well I went with 4. Sound quality for gaming is good enough, comfort is good enough, and battery life is good enough. But the value is high. My biggest complaint is the headset has a USB-C charging port but will NOT charge off of a USB-C port. It will only charge in a USB-A port. That makes no sense. Like most other Xbox headsets it has its own USB dongle which I’ve found I can move to some interesting random devices and have it work. Again that’s not Astros fault. The volume could stand to go louder as well but it’s good enough for gaming. Overall it’s a great Xbox headset at the price point it’s at. The quality is what I’ve always expected from Astro.
