> 3 dayI got the Star Wars edition because I thought the white version was a bit cringe. Comes in a nice box with a Star Wars edition protective case that zips! Was a TB recon 500 user and it puts the thing to absolute shame. I can hear footsteps more clearly while playing R6 Siege! Headset is very comfortable and easy to use. Earphones are padded with a leather type feel. Has BT capabilities which is a bonus. Mic is removable too If your just using it for music. MY ONLY complaint is where the mic itself rests. It’s almost too close to my mouth and won’t really adjust.

> 3 dayI like how guys did they work! That was my mistake. Headset is nice but it doesn’t have a noise cancellation.

> 3 dayFor an expensive item like thin, at least you are expected to have noise cancellation and a better control option!!

> 3 dayI have had this headset for about 5 months now. It consistently has made crackling and popping noises, and recently the mic has stopped working properly. I believe it is because of the blue tooth connectivity. I reached out to Astro, and they only sent me trouble shooting instructions which have not worked. I don’t know if I just have a faulty headset or if its a bad product, but it looks like Astro is saying I am out of luck. This is expensive headset that should not have these problems, and the customer service is poor. I do not recommend buying. <update> Astro is sending me a new headset. I will update to 5 stars if my new one isn’t faulty because overall I do like the headset when it works correctly.

> 3 dayFirst off I want to say how thrilled I was to finally get these. I found out about these because I was looking at someones stream and they got off topic from gaming and started bragging on the ASTRO A20 Headset. The only thing was he had them using PlayStation and I said to myself those look really nice and comfy and its also Wireless and if only I could get them for Xbox id look into it... So I went to Amazon after and long story short I just received them and Im just amazed... Hands Down Best Wireless Gaming Headset Ive ever owned and they feel really really good. This marked all checks in what I think is important in Gaming Headsets

Greater than one weekI like these headphones, had for over a year and there are a couple problems. When headset is dying it will continuously beep in your ear so you cannot hear game Charging - doesn’t even tell you when it’s fully charged just keeps going til you take it off. The audio is to low overall, I’ll put the game sound higher to where I need it and I can’t hear my team, I put my teammates sound higher and then I won’t hear the game well enough. Sound can also be choppy sometimes. Sometimes I have to pull out the usb connector & re connect it because the headphones can’t be connected, it’ll happen multiple times before it works can be frustrating. Overall decent headphones because of the price! They would be great headphones for a cheaper price unfortunately the other competitors headphones for the same price or lower are horrible.

> 3 dayIm going to start off with the two redeeming qualities of this headset before I get to the many reasons I will be returning it. The sound quality despite it not having surround sound capabilities is very nice and it is very comfortable to wear for long periods of time (10+hrs). Now, the microphone is extremely quiet and even with software to add gain and the device volume on my PC turned all the way up people still have trouble hearing me and sometimes the bug that makes you louder after you mute and unmute is enough for me to be able to communicate and sometimes it isnt. The boom microphones position doesnt stay in one place when set and requires constantly being moved so it doesnt sit on your face or at least directly under your nose. Youd think that having an app on your phone for fine tuning wouldnt be bad but not having the option for PC also just adds extra problems when the headset just decides to disconnect from your phone (which no other blue-tooth device that I own does) OR your microphone just randomly mutes itself with no reliable way to unmute it. Muting itself is rare but still unacceptable and not only does it mute but also randomly stops making sound while still being turned on and sending a microphone signal AND if you think turning it on and back off again will solve it as it does with a lot of things SOMETIMES IT WONT TURN OFF OR BACK ON and sometimes when you unplug the USB and plug it back in the microphone still wont work and I dont mean not work for specific programs I mean in windows devices where it only shows up because it is connected there will be no sound level for the microphone and Ive yelled directly into it just to be sure it wasnt just so low it wasnt picking it up. Those are the reasons I am returning this headset but they arent even the only problems, just the ones that make it unusable and unreliable on a constant basis and when reaching out to Amazon I was told to contact Astro and Astro has not sent a single email about it other than the automated email confirming that the support ticket had been made and I have waited twice the amount of time that they claim to respond in and there has been no mention of higher than usual requests to let anyone know that their response time may take longer. The other problems are that it isnt surround sound which Id expect from a headset this expensive, while using the microphone on my phone it wont be usable on my PC, a bug that decreases the headsets volume a large amount when changing the volume on my phone up or down but increases the volume by the same large amount when changing the volume directly on the headset so you need to play with changing them both for your desired volume which is really annoying to do when answering calls, and the loud sounds it makes when it turns on, off, connects, or disconnects from anything that you cant control the volume of but when the battery levels are low (rare as that may be) the sound indicating that isnt as loud, and the range for both blue-tooth and USB connection could stand to be a bit longer but that is probably the least of complaints to have with the plethora of problems above.
