> 3 dayFantastic mouse, my hands are a little bigger and this fits. Love the subtle colors, perfect as a replacement for the cheap office mice.

> 3 dayMouse button 1 & Mouse button 2 are very loose it sounds like a spring when you click them and i have missclicks in games all the time and the annoying prong sounds from the loose buttons the mouse feet are used you can see the marks on them very pathetic & poor seller that seems fine with taking used products and reselling it as new very unsatisfied with my purchase and i will put this seller Green St. Sales as under those that you shouldnt buy from probably a save the planet used products as new

> 3 dayAs most, Ive gone through some Mice (mouses?? :) and this is my 2nd favorite behind only the G9. (**See Update At Bottom**) I have a variety of wireless/corded mice and this is the one I prefer after years of using a G9 which finally gave up the ghost .. and last time I priced them I bout passed out. So, great all around mouse for gaming/office/editing or whatever you can think of to use a mouse for. #TwoThumbsUp (ummm See Below) UPDATE! Are these refurbs?? **** Mouse went completely bonkers after less than one month. #argh So I just ordered another one and am counting on my experience with the initial purchase being an anomalous fluke. We shall soon see. :( I will try to keep this review as current as possible as I hope my first failure was just bad luck of the draw.

> 3 dayI had used a MX 518 as my primary mouse for many years. It finally broke and I was disappointed to find it was no longer made. I tried a few others but was never happy with them. I was skeptical when this was reissued. I figured it was just a cheaper knock off. It does seem to have been cost reduced some, and it is cheaper then the original. But I like it. It works well and it is fast. I had to slow it down. If you were a fan of the original, you will find this a acceptable replacement. Update: I have noticed there has been a large price increase for this mouse. At the current price it’s is much less of a deal. If I was in the market, I would still buy it, but be unhappy with the price.

Greater than one weekThe feel of this mouse vs the original ones in the line is very disappointing. It is the right shape and seems to work fine but the plastic is cheap, the scroll wheel is flimsy, even the cord feels cheap vs the older ones. I would not buy it again.

> 3 dayUsing this on a Mac Pro with Big Sur. Previously using an MX 310 that is no longer supported by Logitech. I almost returned this cuz I couldnt get any of the drivers/software to work and give me options to assign buttons. When I went to the Logitech support site and selected software for the MX510, it said that there were no software downloads for this device and Big Sur. Ended up going a couple rounds with Logitech tech support before they finally tipped me off that I needed to download G Hub to set the buttons and control the speed. Why their website said that there were no downloads is beyond me, but at least its working now. Tracking speed on this always seems to reset to WAY BEYOND FAST whenever I restart no matter what I put the G Hub setting to. I would have to launch G Hub and have to just click on the speed that I wanted. I finally just went to the Mouse preferences in the System Preferences and turned down the tracking speed there so I dont have to launch G Hub every time I start up or restart the computer. Hope this helps someone out there.
