> 3 dayAll of these M. Graham paints are excellent - - extremely rich in color and beautiful. No chalkiness like other gouache paints. Do wish Id gotten the Quin Rose because this Pyrrol ended up being awfully close to the Naphthol, just a bit more pinkish. Not the fault of the paint, just my choice.

> 3 dayFirst time using this product. Excellent value for money. Only complaint is the crimped end leaked when I squeezed the tube. I ended up keeping this, and taped the bottom closed with duct tape.

> 3 dayRead about this trick somewhere and decided to try it. If you add white gouache to tube water colors they basically can be used like gouache. My main reason for wanting to do this is that I was trying to remulate how the backgrounds for Hayao Miyazaki films. Well the artist that does them uses high quality expensive poster paint that are either not readily available in the USA or are very expensive. We are not talking about poster paint like the cheap stuff from the craft store. After researching I read a good alternative is gouache. Similar flow, vibrancy, color pallet, and opacity... Well I dont have any of those but have tons of water color paints. Like way too many... now I essentially have both. Im no Kazuo Oga but I am happy with the potential this has for creating a similar result. Update - oops, should have bought Zinc White. Titanium white is a bit less dense. But if using it wor anything other than making water colors more opaque this is a good product.
