> 3 dayThese are definitely the best HomeKit smart plugs I’ve used very reliable small enough to fit two in one outlet stacked one on top of the other some of the other smart plugs I’ve used partially block the second plug I would definitely recommend these plugs for the price point and the easy set up meross has a lot of great products that I’ve been using( light bulbs, smart garage door opener in wall smart switches ) and will continue to add more If you have a 5 hertz and 2.4 hertz dual band for me the trick that I’ve found was go to the furthest outlet away from your wireless router and do the set up this will initiate your 2.4 Hz band and lock that in. it seemed to me anytime I hooked up a smart product next to my router it would key into the 5 GHz and I would lose connection periodically so I found the furthest away from the router the better for initial set up with HomeKit and other 2.4 only smart products these plugs I have had no issues on HomeKit with the (red)not response logo in HomeKit And when I have to reboot my router they reconnect automatically with no problem

> 3 dayAt times when theres software upgrade on the Smart Plug I found some delay in synching with iPhone. Other than that works smoothly. Will definitely recommend the product.

> 3 dayThe plug was easy to install and integrate to Apple’s Home app. After the first one, I spent less than 2 minutes each on the following ones. Unfortunately, 1 out of 4 in the pack failed. It would not be recognized by my home network multiple times, and I noticed the power button was not able to manually switch on/off a connected table lamp. I contacted Meross and provided the HomeKit ID of the defective plug and finally gained approval from its customer services to send me a replacement under warranty (!?). The new one works fine.

> 3 dayOne of the four has very weak internals. When I plug anything into it, it falls out like an old outlet. Doesnt hold on to the prongs

Greater than one weekThese are easy to set up. I especially like that I can access them through the app when I am away from home to turn lights on or off. I definitely recommend them.

> 3 dayThe instructions, both on-line and in the package insert, are out of date and simply do not work. Installing these outlets is more a matter of guesswork than logic. Unless an almost obsessive level of patience is one of your core personal values, safe yourself a headache and buy something else.

> 3 dayWe use this for our LitterRobot and used it for our Christmas tree and our bedroom lights. It’s great because it connects with Google Home and Apple HomeKit so automation options are fantastic. It’s also very helpful for hard resetting the devices connected to them, especially while traveling.

> 3 daySo, I use these for lighting in my apartment since they do not have lights in them and use them for the bedrooms and living room to power on lights but to also automate them to turn off when I leave and turn on when I get home automatically. I specifically use homekit and these added just fine. I did download the meross app only to update the firmware on them and then deleted the meross app afterwards. I have no complaints on them. I use a wireless router that have the 2.4 and 5 frequency and combined with the same wifi name and had no issues and they react immediately when using voice control and manual button on the app. Just remember when you have set them up, to update the firmware as they come with older firmware which is expected.

> 3 dayOrdered these to control some indoor Christmas lights. I was excited about them until a coworker told me he had had many issues with them disconnecting from the WiFi and you had to unplug/replug them ever few days. Sure enough, this started happening to me within the first few days. However, I noticed there was a firmware update that needed installing. Once I installed that, everything worked perfectly and we never lost wifi signal again. I told my coworker and he updated his, and although he was skeptical and said he had already been through several firmware updates that never fixed the problem, a few days later he admitted that things now seemed fine on his end too. So now that the firmware is taken care of these seem to work great. If you have issues, make sure you update the firmware via the app.

> 3 dayI wanted a HomeKit compatible outlet and this nicely reviewed product fit the bill. There was a learning curve of a few tries to get a connection. It is very frustrating that the the sunrise or sunset option in automation is off by hours.
