> 3 dayThese were so easy to set up. They work perfectly and they made it so easy to get our Christmas tree and our Christmas village lights turned on every evening without having to get on our hands and knees!

Greater than one weekEasy setup and integration with Alexa. Replaced a decades-old manual switch for my Christmas tree with Alexa, tree on and controlled power to the (also decades old) transformer for the Lionel train set under the tree without having to crawl behind a chair.

> 3 dayAs of 4-Dec-2019 (iOS 13.1.3), The Meross App will not let you setup devices using iOS 13 -- it says it can, it thinks it can, the app will give you some workarounds for iOS 13 - but trust me, it does NOT work. The developer must repair this issue and do some more testing with iOS 13, focused on setting up devices from new - thats all there is to it. Unless you have access to another (earlier iOS Phone or Android) do not buy! I easily setup all four of these using iOS 12, and it works perfectly - VERY fast, VERY easy in iOS 12. Once the Smart Plugs are added to your account, you may then control them using the app on an iOS 13 device without any trouble. The issue appears related to the app knowing you have connected to the temporary wifi network the Smart Outlet provides; there seems to be some new feature in iOS 13 that this app does not know how to deal with properly, so it keeps insisting you are not connected to the temp meross network, when you indeed are (and can even load the web page for the device - btw, the default credentials are admin / admin) In the help of the app, you are instructed if youre using iOS 13 to wipe out your network settings to make the setup work -- yep, didnt work - it just erases your wifi networks - which is quite frustrating. Oh, and dont go trying to install this app on an old iPad, they dont make an app that will install on an iPad, so, unless you have access to another iPhone or iPod Touch prior to iOS 13, or an Android device, you wont be able to setup these devices. Once you have everything setup (which if you have iOS 12 is a breeze) everything works wonderfully. The app is very easy to understand, its not overly complex - its ideal for something like a Christmas tree timer. You can easily create a schedule to turn the outlet on/off based on a time, or Sunrise/Sunset. Firmware updates are fast and painless. The app supports iOS shortcuts / widgets, which is nice. There does not appear to be any HomeKit support for this device - I dont really care, but some might. When it is confirmed the iOS 13 issue is addressed, I will revise my review, until then, this is a serious defect.

> 3 dayThese set up super fast and easy. I used them for my Christmas decor this year, no more going inside or outside everywhere to turn on the lights. Note that if your lights have a USB plug smart plugs will not work.

> 3 dayPrompt shipping, packaging prevented any damage to product. On first try, one of the plugs would not pair with wifi, so tried another one and that one worked. Plugs do not immediately pair with Alexa, one never did, I was hoping to be able to use my phone to control them while away, but have to use my Kindle instead. Have set them up on a timer sequence so will see how that works.

> 3 dayThese work as expected. The app is straight forward and easy to use. Alexa integration is fairly standard. The problem is that 2 of them have already failed not long after warranty ended. For a name brand, I expected better. Will try cheaper no-brand next to see if they fare better.

> 3 dayPurchased these to integrate with my Octoprint setup, replacing an old GPIO controlled relay that powered my printer on/off. The manual button on the side makes these more convenient, and the four pack ensures I have replacements in case of failure or if I want to control some other device. I have logged 50+ hours of time on that new printer and had no issues with the plug so far. Setup was OK, you have to create an account on their website and download an app on your phone, but I was able to successfully do both using a throwaway email. The app requires you to give it location permissions to register the plugs but you can revoke them later. You have to setup each plug by itself, it took me a couple minutes per plug once I put them right next to my mesh wifis main hub, earlier attempts near one of the repeaters did not work. The plugs arent visibly labeled, I would recommend numbering them with a permanent pen as you set them up to keep track of them, especially if you dont intend on using them all right now.

> 3 dayThese were quick to set up. I added an evening routine in the app to automatically turn on our Christmas trees and out door lights. I was also able to use Alexa when I wanted to turn things on or off during the day.

> 3 dayI purchased 4 pack of these plugs and when I started using them one plug was not working. I emailed customer support on a Sunday evening and they got back to me in an hour which totally shocked me. I explained the problem and they suggested how to reset it which did not work. They asked me to send them a video of what I tried which I did and my Amazon order number. It was 2 days later they let me know they were sending out a replacement one. I was extremely impressed with their customer service. I purchased WeMo brand previously , and they did not work and their customer support was garbage they were sent back. Meross you have me as customer for life!! I just order 4 more plugs. Now for the product, price of these plugs are very reasonable and worked way better that I expected after trying WeMo I was very skeptical . They were easy to setup, it took less than a minute using their app and I was up and running. They were relatively easy on the Alexa side, had some issues but I think that was a learning curve. Now no problems at all. You can change the name of your plugs in the Meross app and Alexa picks up the new name very quickly with me making no changes in the Alexia app. I have been using them for 2 months and no problems. I like the Scenario feature in the Meross app which can also be transferred in the Alexa app/device too for even easier setup

> 3 dayFinally! After numerous prior smart plugs with which I tried to link to Google Home this one does it easily, seamlessly, and effectively. The secret seems to be starting out with a Bluetooth connection to the device, getting connected, and then the handoff to Google Home. All I can say is, after one frustration after another, this plug is a delight to use.
