> 24 hourI never imagined I would write a glowing review for a vacuum... but I really love this vacuum! It makes vacuuming fun (sort of ;-) ). I bought this to replace a very old upright and thought it would be a difficult transition to canister, but it wasnt at all. This Miel is small, but mighty! Its light weight enough to be able to carry downstairs without much trouble. The adjustable height of the handle is great and its pretty easy to maneuver and clean under furniture without too much effort. The two floor attachments are great to switch between wood and other surfaces. Only two issues... minor challenge in remembering what the weird symbols mean to adjust the suction. And agree with all the other reviews about the short cord! In a larger space, I need to use multiple outlets to clean the whole room. Overall highly recommend!

> 24 hourI wanted to love this vacuum. It does have a strong motor and good suction that is better than my Dyson. BUT, its super loud when its on full suction, the location of accessories is awkward, and the brush doesnt fully stop rotating for rug fringe or other light settings. Ended up returning, sigh.

> 24 hourThe Miele Classic C1 Turbo is simply the best vacuum Ive ever owned... and I have used a LOT of different vacuums over the years. It is extremely powerful with great suction; it is easy to operate; it is compact in design; it uses bags (a good thing!) to avoid airborne dust expulsion; it is simple to use, with excellent attachments, and it is easy to clean and maintain. I LOVE this vacuum cleaner and sincerely thank Miele for designing and making it! 5 Stars in every category.

> 24 hourIncredible power. So light and easy to use. Whisper quiet. Stores great with ways to lock the wand upright. It cleans amazing. Love all the attachments on board. As crazy as this sounds, vacuuming is now something that I look forward to instead of dreading. If you have alot of carpet or really deep shag carpet you will want to go with the more expensive version that has the electric powered brush head. The airflow powered brush head does a good job on low pile but even that bogs it down a little. Its the perfect choice for my house. The electric powered head will add more weight and more noise, which I would not want. If you just have area rugs and hard floors, go with the cheaper version without the airflow head. This vacuum has so much power I find myself just using the hard floor brush on area rugs instead of changing heads. If I could change one thing, I would make the electric cord longer. To answer the question you are wondering, YES! its definitely worth the money.

> 24 hourGreat vacuum, light, quiet and powerful. However after a year the Turbo Brush Floorhead stopped working. I took it apart and cleaned everything but no luck. Hard to clean a carpet without it.

> 24 hourDecepcionada, pensé mucho antes de comprarla por su precio, pero tanta gente hablo bien de ella q me decidí. Tiene buena succión pero el cepillo para alfombra se le enreda el pelo, esperaba un cable más largo por ese precio y me parece muy pesada para trasladar. Si pudiera tener mi $ de regreso compraría una shark rocket.

> 24 hourMy wife convinced me that one: we could only get a canister vacuum (not upright), and two: it had to be Miele. After using uprights my whole life I now realize they are only really useful for wall-to-wall carpets. If you want to vacuum your hardwood floors and throw rugs, you need a highly maneuverable suction head that can fit all the way under the couch, into hard to reach corners, the tops of window sills, etc. Uprights, while often have detachable hoses, just dont have the reach or the agility that makes vacuuming easy. And this Miele has been a delight - quiet but remarkably strong, the gentle start feature sounds silly but is surprisingly calming. Love it!

> 24 hourGood suction, best we’ve seen on a canister. Follows well on hard floors, brush for hard floors is nice - wide and gets up close to the wall - BUT the turbo head is surprisingly really very hard to push on low pile carpet, requires much force (two hands and lower suction) to move it on low pile carpet. The manual and various online videos give no clue of that issue at all. Power level dial seems to have no impact, especially the ‘Ear’ setting for “energy saving” supposedly quiet mode, is not any different in noise level. Came with only one dust bag. Seems a $400 vacuum should come with a HEPA bag, not give you a low end bag out the gate, forcing you to buy an aftermarket HEPA bag. Every new vacuum I’ve bought or shopped for in the last 20 years came with a HEPA bag. Why would the consumer NOT want a HEPA bag? Not good for carpet, excellent for bare floors.

> 24 hourI have had a Miele vacuum before, a used one that I had for about 2 years. When my current vacuum conked out I decided to go with another Miele and love it. My daughter let me use hers when she moved back to NYC. It was about 2 years old when she lent it to me and when she moved back to Seattle, she used it for another 2 years. It is really great on carpets and my my wood floors too.
