Greater than one weekWe have used Miele products for 12+ years and love the results! This is the first time I have purchased this model and it is perfect for a household. Prior to this we used them for residential and vacation rental cleaning business. This is the perfect vacuum for around the house and is very easy to move around (we go from upstairs to downstairs with no difficulty), get under furniture, go from carpet to hard floors and back, and get into the corners of things. It is easy to change the attachments and the improvements to the handle and extension are amazing! Like others have stated, the cord is not anything special in length, but for around your personal house, it is simple enough to change to a different outlet. For the quality of this vacuum, the shorter cord length is not much of a compromise. The electrical of these vacuums also hold up well from past experience and the cord can handle a lot of twists and turns. The color is also super fun! We call our vacuum Brainy like Brainy smurf because it is blue. :) Doesnt disappoint and highly recommend!

> 3 dayI bought this vacuum about a year ago after searching for one which was not made in China. Mine is made in Germany. So happy. After years with a Dyson, this was so much better. My model uses bags instead of dumping the dirt directly into the trash, so much nicer than breathing in and having to touch all the dirt. The filter is also simple to replace. The suction is excellent. I use the power head to vacuum area rugs as we have no carpeting. We also have many animals running around so I must vacuum common areas every other day. The unit is light and easy to maneuver. I no longer dread schlepping out the vacuum. The blue color is a nice touch. The attachments are sufficient for every job. The price was so much less than the most other models. I highly recommend this product for any of your vacuum needs.

> 3 dayI have a cleaning business and I tried many different vacuum cleaners. Miele never let me down.I’m a domestic organizer by profession and I decided to invest in a quality vacuum for my business. I researched a lot and never paid so much for a vacuum, but I would say it’s totally worth it! Not only will it save time with my work, but I recently moved to a very old house with carpets and I have a 1 year old so vacuuming the floor is extremely necessary. But most vacuum cleaners are heavy and difficult to handle but this little bug made my life a lot easier, this vacuum is so powerful that it lifts everything, whether it’s on the wooden floor or carpet! The floor accessory works for both floors, but I would recommend the air-actuated brush for any carpet and the swivel floor tool for hard floor. The rotating brush moves around things very easily. Incredible power. So light and easy to use. Silent whisper. It stores very well with ways to lock the wand in an upright position. It cleans amazing. I love all the attachments on board. If I could change something, I would make the electric cable longer. To answer the question you are asking yourself, YES! Definitely worth the money.

Greater than one weekSo I wondered if the short cord people talked about would bother me, since the company says the length of the cord and the hose make it so much longer... well let me say that the cord is WAY TOO SHORT. As you can see in my photo, it doesnt allow me to go across my kitchen floor, which is not very big, and it cant reach all the way up my staircase. As described, the head is definitely not made for shaggy carpets. The roller bar gets bogged down in the higher pile and I actually have to use 2 hands to push it forward. When you lift the head up the motor starts to rev back up to speed, clearly telling me its been bogged down in the higher pile. So if you think it will work on your shaggy carpet, you will be disappointed. I actually plan to use this at another location where there is only low pile carpets. Despite these shortcomings, this vacuum is amazing at sucking up debris, and it maneuvers so easily, and its fabulous on low pile carpet. The tail end that stores the unused head will definitely make doing wood stairs difficult, because Ill need to remove it to stand it up, so it wont roll off the stairs. So... overall.... I think if you live in a small place, like a small apartment, this cord will work for you. Personally I think I will add a short extension cord to the vacuum because I do love the amazing performance and durability the Miele has.

Greater than one weekThis brand is great. The quality of the product is very good, solid motor which performs and does the job as expected. It’s working for over a year and no issues whatsoever. All adapters have been designed so the use of this vacuum machine is very flexible.

Greater than one weekSuperior machine. Worth the money. Very very strong suction or very quiet soft suction for your delicates. I was told by a cleaning pro that the the separate floor and carpet heads are worth the extra cost and I dont regret going for it.

> 3 dayI bought this to replace a 12-year-old Kenmore that had developed a bad cord. I will be surprised if this thing lasts 2 years. It feels cheap. The cord is very short. It’s probably fine for an apartment, but it’s much too short for an American house. Guess I’ll need a good 10A extension cord.

Greater than one weekThis is so easy to handle and maneuver and so quiet. The best vacuum I’ve ever owned. Supposed to be reliable is another reason I hope to be able to count on. I had two Hoovers and the last one was so loud and never liked it with all the flaws it had.
