> 3 dayBought this for my wife after her 20 yr old Hoover finally died. She loved that old vac and her only complaint was its weight. I read many online reviews and decided on this Miele Classic C1 Turbo Team Bagged Canister Vacuum. Almost right away she complained about the tremendous suction and how on carpet it was very hard to move because it sucked itself to the carpet. The suction adjustment didnt seem to help much and I was ready to send it back, but she said maybe it would get better. Well, here we are 4 months in and she complains about it every time she uses it. youd think for such high suction it could suck up pet hair? But again, it doesnt. I went to Amazon to see if it was too late to return and I dont see an option at this point, so I guess live and learn. Meaning if you dont like something from the start, dont count on it getting any better.

> 3 dayThis is the first Miele product I have purchased. I love this vacuum! It is very quiet compared to my old upright which just screamed when in use. The suction is very strong and easily adjustable. I love how lightweight the main unit is and how easy it is to adjust the telescopic handle. I can get under beds, the couch, and other pieces of furniture without having to add additional hose pieces or lift the furniture up! My husband is very pleased with the unit as well. He is actually able to vacuum the ceiling vent in the bathroom without a struggle. Wonderful product!

> 3 dayLove that it’s light weight and easy to carry! It seems to clean my carpets and hardwood well although I no longer have a dog nor do I have children at home anymore so can’t give it the real acid test! Also like that there are onboard tools. And, it’s really cute (that is if you’re in the market for a cute lil vacuum). Dislikes: The cord is way too short! I can really only vacuum one room at a time. I’m guessing it has a short cord because the cord is stored inside and would take up too much room if it was twice the length. I mentioned that I loved that it was light weight but also dislike that it is so light weight it tips over!

> 3 dayI have 50% hardwoods, 25% linoleum, and 25% carpet in my house. Been using a Dyson Ball for 4 years. It was not bad. Super easy to transition from hard surface to carpet. But, when I followed up with mopping, I always got really dirty mop water. I assumed that’s why you mop! Lost the Dyson for personal reasons, so had to get a new vacuum. At $299 I thought I would give this thing a shot, but was slightly worried about the carpet performance, and having to switch heads. Neither is an issue. I store whichever head I am not using in the “park” slot. It takes about 8 seconds to swap them. Love how I can turn the suction up or down. That is a feature which will spoil me; don’t think I can go back to NOT having it. Mobility is great, no issues whatsoever. The cord is slightly short, but truly not an issue. If it starts to bug me I will buy a 10 foot extension and keep it coiled on the vacuum. Three whole house cleanings (floors, walls, cabinets... everything) and the bag full indicator is still not showing. I don’t think bags are going to be a concern. More on the turbo carpet head: I was worried that the whole “suction power to make it spin” feature was marketing bull, but it’s not. That thing is awesome. You will tinker with the settings a little as you dial in what level you need for your carpet style, but it works great. The entire learning curve takes about a minute, maybe two. I even had to turn the suction power down slightly, as it will lift the carpet up from the floor at the highest setting! I’m not talking about an area rug - actual installed carpet over padding. PROs: Cost- at $299 this is a bargain Performance- clean mop water! Utility- I can get under my entire couch all the way to the wall (no furniture moving) Quite- I actually wore earplugs with the Dyson (overkill, but it was loud). This thing is super quite in comparison On board storage of tools- means you won’t lose them, or lose time using them Versatility- turning suction up or down on the fly is amazing CONS: Bags- better for cleanliness, but you will need to keep spares Cord- longer is better, but I’m good with it It’s just a vacuum, but I really love this thing. I’m a very firm believer of having the right tool for the job. For me, this is the right tool.

> 3 dayFirst off the little canister is so cute, like a little bug. But wow, its powerful. I love that the canister is separate from the hose, makes vacuuming less labor intensive. Great suction, great maneuverability. My husband even loves it and vacuums now all the time.

> 3 dayLight weight! Wheels move great! Suction is unbelievable and I used the couch brush for a hard to remove pet hair recliner I have and it worked very well. Definitely worth the money. Not sure if I like the additional brush holder on the top I’ll see how they stay as I use it.

> 3 dayWe are a retired couple, no pets, little foot traffic. The original bag was in place when it arrived. After vacuuming our small, one story home every other week for less than 2 months, I noticed the red light was on. I checked the bag compartment and saw bag was indeed full with dust around the outside of white seal and fine light layer of dust in compartment. The seal itself seemed to be “ floppy”. I turned vacuum on and saw when the bag expanded the floppiess went away slightly but a very tight seal did not seem to be in place. I also noticed a new “odor” before I saw the red light. I am ordering new bags to see what happens. Otherwise happy with vacuum, but purchased, as everyone does, for the seal. That is priority #1.

Greater than one weekI have a cleaning business and I tried many different vacuum cleaners. Miele never let me down.I’m a domestic organizer by profession and I decided to invest in a quality vacuum for my business. I researched a lot and never paid so much for a vacuum, but I would say it’s totally worth it! Not only will it save time with my work, but I recently moved to a very old house with carpets and I have a 1 year old so vacuuming the floor is extremely necessary. But most vacuum cleaners are heavy and difficult to handle but this little bug made my life a lot easier, this vacuum is so powerful that it lifts everything, whether it’s on the wooden floor or carpet! The floor accessory works for both floors, but I would recommend the air-actuated brush for any carpet and the swivel floor tool for hard floor. The rotating brush moves around things very easily. Incredible power. So light and easy to use. Silent whisper. It stores very well with ways to lock the wand in an upright position. It cleans amazing. I love all the attachments on board. If I could change something, I would make the electric cable longer. To answer the question you are asking yourself, YES! Definitely worth the money.

> 3 dayI had my own housekeeping business for 10 years and used many different types of vacuums my clients owned (Oreck, Dyson etc). My absolute favorite hands down was the Miele. I always swore Id get one myself one day. Well, 12 years later I finally broke down and got one. :) Ive never spent this much on a vacuum but I knew it would be worth it!!! Ive been using it for 2 weeks now and let me say....I WISH I had bought one way sooner! I feel my carpets and furniture are actually getting clean now! Buying this I knew it would work for my needs. Our small home is mainly tile with low-pile carpet in 2 bedrooms plus 2 larger rugs. I have no issues with anything except I really wish the cord was a little longer. **Id gone back and forth between the Miele Pure Suction (cheaper) and this one. Im super happy I paid the extra for this as it comes with the 2 brush heads instead of 1.

> 3 dayGreat vacuum, light, quiet and powerful. However after a year the Turbo Brush Floorhead stopped working. I took it apart and cleaned everything but no luck. Hard to clean a carpet without it.
