> 3 dayWe are a retired couple, no pets, little foot traffic. The original bag was in place when it arrived. After vacuuming our small, one story home every other week for less than 2 months, I noticed the red light was on. I checked the bag compartment and saw bag was indeed full with dust around the outside of white seal and fine light layer of dust in compartment. The seal itself seemed to be “ floppy”. I turned vacuum on and saw when the bag expanded the floppiess went away slightly but a very tight seal did not seem to be in place. I also noticed a new “odor” before I saw the red light. I am ordering new bags to see what happens. Otherwise happy with vacuum, but purchased, as everyone does, for the seal. That is priority #1.

> 3 dayThere’s nothing I dislike about this vacuum. I have always had a canister vacuum. When mine broke, I really wanted a cordless vacuum but none of them had the power I wanted. I also found emptying the cup nasty. This vacuum is very light and a breeze to pull along. The handle is very light and easy on my wrist. I pull this vacuum out every day, plug it in and get a fabulously clean floor, with not much hassle at all, because it is very lightweight. Before buying this vacuum I bought a top of the line cordless, with nothing but headaches. I’ll keep my tradition of a canister, knowing my home is really clean. I don’t even mind using this vacuum on my stairs because it’s so light. I call it my blue buddy. I’m very happy with this vacuum, best vacuum I’ve ever owned.

Greater than one weekIt has been a long time since we purchased a new vacuum cleaner and we were worried that it would not be as good as our old one was. It was much better! I recommend this cleaner.

> 3 dayLove that it’s light weight and easy to carry! It seems to clean my carpets and hardwood well although I no longer have a dog nor do I have children at home anymore so can’t give it the real acid test! Also like that there are onboard tools. And, it’s really cute (that is if you’re in the market for a cute lil vacuum). Dislikes: The cord is way too short! I can really only vacuum one room at a time. I’m guessing it has a short cord because the cord is stored inside and would take up too much room if it was twice the length. I mentioned that I loved that it was light weight but also dislike that it is so light weight it tips over!

> 3 dayI love the weight, maneurverability and suction of this vacuum. However, everytime I clean house, I have to cut the pet hair out of the beater of the floor head to pull the hair out. I did not buy the cat/dog model because it was over $200 more and my Kenmore cannister did not have this problem 70% of our flooring is hardwood and the remainder area rugs. I contacted Miele and there solution was to buy a special attachment. I dont want to use a hand attachment to clean my area rugs.

> 3 dayGreat vacuum, light, quiet and powerful. However after a year the Turbo Brush Floorhead stopped working. I took it apart and cleaned everything but no luck. Hard to clean a carpet without it.

> 3 dayBelieve the reccomend vacuum per living space recommendations. I bought the vacuum thinking it would be fine for an 1800 sq ft house that is mostly carpeted. It works great but unfortunately I have to change the bag every time I vacuum the house. I have two non shedding small dogs, two shedding women (hair) and old carpet old carpet which seems to be too much. This is not a complaint on the vacuum, just an opinion on what it can handle. I would definitely recommend buying a unit with a powered beater bar (brush) for any size carpeted area.

> 3 dayOur air-powered brush stopped turning, YouTubed ST305 diassembly and I found out that theres a flaw that requires you to take it apart and if you dont you can burn out / melt the side bearings with hair getting in there EVEN IF you clean the brush head everytime with a knife. Bad design. Or maybe its normal. Clearly well built, works decently, high priced, bags... you can try to skimp but eh. Iono. Used for 2.5 years and is very powerful. Just downside is it cant really do thick carpet that well, have to pull back only, cant push forward with the brush head since it isnt truly motor powered - only powered by air moving through a ... think water/windmill style front. Expensive but seems good in the ways youd expect it to be performance. Removed 2 star for poor maintenance/design in what I mentioned.

> 3 dayI wanted to love this vacuum. It does have a strong motor and good suction that is better than my Dyson. BUT, its super loud when its on full suction, the location of accessories is awkward, and the brush doesnt fully stop rotating for rug fringe or other light settings. Ended up returning, sigh.
