I love the key pad really works great, the best item to to go along with the key pad are the remotes

Not of good quality and reliability.

Reading these reviews helped when replacing a smashed keypad. The Learn Transmitter Code instructions were clear but did not work. There was a hint in a review that the FM137 newer keypad did not work with the older gate FM500. I google until I got to the support pages at http://support.gtoinc.com/Support/TroubleShooter.aspx?ProductName=Keypad. There the PDF manual was clear that the old transmitter needed to be turned 90 degrees to the left. It worked immediately.

Overall GTOs quality is poor. Ive now been through 3 sets of openers and now a failing keypad. Get a liftmaster.

After multiple tries these touch pads will not program. Yes I am technical with a degree in Electrical Engineering and (30) years experience in the technical world. I tried their tech service and got no help or call backs. Very disappointing customer/technical help from the vendor.

Easy to setup and use works great!

My old F310 keypad wasnt working with a recent new GTO SW2000XLS Swing Gate Opener install. So I bought a new one, and that 310 would not take programming or open the gate. Tech told me to get this FM 137, you program it by holding the remote/transmitter to the keyboard, no dip switches, for wireless (takes 3 AA batts). Gate is working great with this keypad.
