Mighty Mule Wireless Digital Keypad (FM137)

Great customer service by mighty Mule but unfortunately this particular model could not be hardwired which I didnt know when I ordered it. Guess I shouldve done a little more homework. Assumed they would all be able to the wire or battery. Otherwise works as advertised.

This literally took 7 minutes to install and program using instructions provided by other reviewers. Works perfect!

Programming and operation was flawless in my driveway but then it wouldn’t work when I went to permanently install it a week later??? I’ll give it another try later but right now I’m frustrated with it.

This item and product line has the worst customer product support if you even get any. I bought several of their Items to place at my home and was instantly aware I was dupped into a expensive purchase of a low quality, Low to no product support. So I called all my Local Auto gate opener companies. No one would work on them all of then said the used to try to work with and their word were same as mine NO SUPPORT. Now it sets in my shop in the corner and is a reminder of reading all reviews FIRST

I could not get the keypad to work following the instructions using my remote transmitter. After talking with tech support and they found out I purchased the MM571W with the new 3 button remote, he said those instructions are incorrect. I had to push enter button on the control board, then enter my master code number only on the keypad and it was done. Basically you learn keypad just like you do your remote transmitter.

I installed this hard wired thinking that it would work without the need for batteries... I was wrong. Even hard wired, you still have to install batteries in this unit. That is my only complaint.
