Ive battled severe constipation my entire life, due to a genetic connective tissue disorder. Everything else Ive tried eventually stopped working. An Instagram friend told me about this and Im SO glad I tried it. I have to take 5 capsules every day in order to go, but the average person wont have to take that much. Im just so thankful to have found something that works for my stubborn GI tract.

Ive been cleansing for over 15 yrs and have used various products. Herbal types can cause cramping and is why I prefer oxygenated cleansers. The magnesium does its job softening and the oxygenated literally liquefies what needs to be cleaned. Years ago I was told, if you are cleansing, within the 1st hour of waking, do not be far from a restroom. It took a bit for them to go down, but it does work. They my stomach feel good and light. In stead of feeling weighed down, I had more energy. Id buy them again.

Man, what a difference. Took 3 capsules the first night and I’ve been in and out of the bathroom several times today (and often I’ve gone longer than a week trying to go due to constipation issues). No stress, no stomach upset, just a natural urge to go, sit, deliver!! And up and out in just a few minutes, rather than trying to strain and move to try and get digestion moving. Due to my medication, I have been suffering constipation. I usually go buy Mag Citrate in liquid form. However, that was pulled off the shelves for microbial contamination. Every alternative was not working. I tried fiber rich foods, OTC medication, prescribed medication, natural remedies. NOTHING worked, and i was afraid Id be hospitalized if i could not find a remedy. Or wait until the day before there is a day of rest (ie off day) to become accustomed to how it works. Nevertheless, rest easy knowing it will work.

This is the first product review I have ever shared, however, I am so pleased with this product- i feel the need to share my success story. First, I will try to spare the disgusting details. It is clear that my digestive system does not work properly. The doctor told me I need to eat more fiber, however, that didnt make sense as I am a vegetarian and with a diet rich in fruits and vegetables my fiber intake is pretty high. My body has been holding on to waste so long, I experience stomach pain and nausea every time I eat food. I am not sure if there is a connection but I was also having regular headaches, trouble sleeping, rapid weight gain and a face prone to more breakouts than in the past. Other reviews suggest they saw results the next day and did not need to take 5 pills, so I started with three pills at night and I drank plenty of water. I did feel the tummy rumblings but the next day, I did not see results and I was discouraged. My second evening, I went ahead and took five and drank lots of water. I saw results on the third day, not a massive elimination event, like others have experienced, but it did work and I hadnt been able to go for at least a week before I ordered these. I have been maintaining a constant 3 pills since Id started and continue to have regular movements (multiple a day). Since I started 5 days ago, I have lost nearly 5 pounds (my assumption is that is how much waste my body was carrying) and that number continues to drop, I havent had any stomach pains when I eat and my acne is clearing up.
