Ive been using this product for 4 months, and it consistently allows me to empty my bowel. I take 3 pills at night, and within an hour of getting up the next morning, I am in the bathroom, and it is quick, painless, and surprisingly effective. I have struggled with constipation issues most of my adult life, usually getting temporary when I changed my diet, but after time, my body always ended up in hoarding mode, meaning, I just didnt go. While I wish I could go without the aid of pills, at least these pills work, and they are much less uncomfortable than taking laxatives. Another benefit is, Im not waiting around the house all morning, like I had to with laxatives. This is kind of a one and done thing. Glad I found these, and as someone who has tried many different products, I highly recommend these pills.

Ive battled severe constipation my entire life, due to a genetic connective tissue disorder. Everything else Ive tried eventually stopped working. An Instagram friend told me about this and Im SO glad I tried it. I have to take 5 capsules every day in order to go, but the average person wont have to take that much. Im just so thankful to have found something that works for my stubborn GI tract.

I have CRPS so Im on medication for the pain associated with it. Because of that, constipation is an issue. I found this stuff through research and it has been a God send! I take 5 before bed on days when Im stopped up with 8 ounces of water. Now, let me warn you. If you take these for the first time, make sure its a day off when you have access to a bathroom because wow....youre gonna have to run. What I love about these is that theyre non habit forming and they really work! To maintain a clear system, I take 2 nightly with water and have no issues. If the first dose doesnt work, just take 5 more the next night and thatll do it. These are simply great!!

My 3 year old started doing what is called poop with holding . We have tried everything to try to get her to stop but nothing was working until we started her on MagO7. This is for adults and mostly used for bowel cleansing and you should discuss this with your doctor before trying it on a child but it has her to the point she cant always stop the urge to go. She is still trying to hold it but now she is going every couple of days rather than a full week without pooping. It isnt as traumatic for her and this is helping her. You have to slowly introduce it into their diet depending on how long it has been since they have used the potty. Normally you will also need to figure out how much you actually need to give because there is no dosage for a child. But if they are like my daughter and being close to having to go to the hospital because she is hurting herself fighting the need to go and almost completely impacted... you may want to give at least 1 to 2 capsules. I have to hide it and not let her see me open the capsule and put it in her juice or flavored water. Applesauce works great too. Our next step was the hospital because I wasnt going to give her another enema ever again, it was so dramatic and traumatic and it physically hurt as much as mentally because of all the fighting to hold her still and give it to her...It hurt me so much to do this and not be able to fully explain to her what was happening, I couldnt do it myself again. I knew if she didnt go soon she could hurt herself internally. Since the MagO7, my stress level is way down. She isnt going every day, but that is okay because she is going more than once a week. She is back to eating and playing and being normal. Please remember to discuss this with your doctor before deciding to give it to a youngster but it did do the trick for us. This is not a review for discount, I just wanted to share some of my story and boast on a very good product.

I have not been able to go regularly since 2017. I am in the process of getting worked up by a doctor however it is taking a long time due to lengthy deployments and most recently, COVID-19. If youre like me and are reading these reviews, its to make sure that dropping a sizeable sum on a product so you can unleash your bowels doesnt get thrown away on junk products, much like Ive spent my money on too. Well, I hope this helps you out too. I am ZERO interested in the “oxygen cleanse” business. I am ZERO worried about “toxic buildup” or whatever the heck the reason is people want this stuff. My sole goal here is to relieve my bowels regularly. Good ole fashioned poopin’. What doesnt work for me: - Staying Hydrated - taking psyllium husk - eating less meat - eating more veg - probiotics - 5 grams of glutamine is somebodys magic potion - PHGG - adding or subtracting things from my diet - suppositories - daily biscodyl - waiting - Daily Linzess - Daily Motegrity - complaining - hoping - wishing The only thing these things did for me was give me a mental sense of irrational hope that has drained my soul slowly. Its frustrating as hell and I hate it. I can take double the dose of Linzess once a week to clean out but that sucks and is painful. I can take 5 biscodyl and it hurts too. This is unsustainable. What I did do was try this product out. Please assume that I stay very hydrated (3+ litres of water a day). Night 1: 3 caps at bedtime nothing the next day. Night 2: 4 caps at bedtime nothing the next day Night 3: 4 caps at bedtime, Motegrity with breakfast, all the stuff was gone the next day. Night 4: 4 caps at bedtime; all the stuff came out the next day. Night 5 through now: 3 at bedtime, 3 in the morning, all the stuff comes out the next day. After nearly 4 weeks of using this, I am pleased that I havent had to take any other medication, OTC or prescription, since 1 Motegrity when I started out. No chemicals other than whats in Mag07 to have my wretched, problematic bowels finally get rid of food waste. I am so happy that I could almost cry. With Mag07 and an upcoming Sitzmarker Study in July, I feel hopeful that there are solutions available for me. The hope and relief are worth the price. My only problem with this product is that some caps broke open during shipping and get fine, white powder on everything as I take them out of the bottle. That fifth star for this review is the white powder that gets all over my clothes. —- update on June 6, 2021 —- 3 in the morning works just fine now. —- update on July 20, 2021 —- 3 in the morning still does the job. I rarely write reviews buy since I made this purchase based on the reviews I figured I should contribute. Heres what led me to have to buy this, my whole life Ive struggled with chronic constipation and have to live on stool softners , well these past 3 weeks I think I had a blockage , I tried milk of magnesium, miralax, taco bell even enemas but nothing worked . the very first night I only took 3 of these and it was a miracle the next morning, I had no cramping, I just sat on the toilet and voila. I do recommend staying near a toilet for a few hours but theres never any cramping.

It took a bit for them to go down, but it does work. They my stomach feel good and light. In stead of feeling weighed down, I had more energy. Id buy them again.

This product is something I continue to use on an ongoing basis and it is of help some of the time. It is not always as effective as I would like it to be. Some days I find I have to take more capsules than it states to take and other days I do not. Ill be honest, I dont really understand how it works, when it works. I know it is magnesium based and somehow releases oxygen into the digestive tract on a time-released basis which creates a stool softening effect. I deal with IBS and spasms. Ive had people tell me to use this or that and it will work. They promise me, but truthfully our bodies are all different and what works for one does not always work for another. Ive actually used this product quite a bit and have hesitated to write a review because I dont want to dissuade others from trying it to see if it will work for them because it might be the best thing youve ever tried. I have a difficult digestive system that seems to march to its own drum and does what it wants and I will say this product has been the most helpful of many I have tried over the years. Spasming creates problems no matter what a person tries. If you have them, you know this. I think the better the diet and the more consistent one is in exercising the more effective a product like this is. Discussing ones elimination system is quite taboo, but the truth is, if it doesnt work right it can make us very sick so it is important for it to work. I hope if you try it you find it works very well for you.
