This stuff is truly a Godsend! I happened to read about it on a BabyCenter.com forum when I was searching desperately for something to help with our 2-year olds constipation. We had tried everything! Miralax worked, but made her go 5-7 times per day and she would get rashes. I think she was still trying to hold it in. Anyway, Miralax, Pedialax, Milk of Magnesia, Benefiber, Citrucel, (of course fiber and hydration were the first things we tried), mineral oil, we tried it all. Finally we had to resort to enemas when her belly would get so hard. After holding her down and hearing her scream, we were traumatized and I said, Thats IT! Weve got to find something that will help her! We heard about this, ordered it and started giving her half a capsule in some yogurt or applesauce nightly (she weighed about 25 lbs). It was truly miraculous. In 2 days her compacted bowels emptied without cramping and pain or diarrhea. She was no longer trying to hold it in. It didnt make things to runny like with the Miralax. It was just NORMAL. We couldnt believe it. Shes been taking them ever since at night with some fiber gummies (it seems to work best together like that). Shes now 3, goes on the toilet every day, and happily takes her Nighttime Medicine just before bed each night. This stuff seriously saved us. We showed it to her pediatrician, by the way, and got his blessing for her to take it. He said its pretty much the same active ingredient as Milk of Magnesia, but it sure works better. She weighs 30 lbs now and 1/2 capsule is still working fine.

Does what its intended for. My first few doses seemed to work a little slowly (I had to take it in the afternoon to have a significant movement the following morning) but Ill attribute that to the uniqueness of my system and it getting acclimated to the product and beginning to clear. Now, I can feel sensations of it working within a few hours and it produces a soft and copious movement in 8-10 hrs and then 1-3 smaller movements in the following hours. As mentioned, you CAN feel it working in your intestines but its not uncomfortable. It literally feels like theres a gentle foam bubbling in your tract. Thats a huge plus because Ive found that other forms of intestinal cleansers cause me some discomfort in one form or another. Bentonite often makes me nauseous, senna sometimes creates really strong and uncomfortable spasms in the intestinal muscles, etc. I tried this right after a 4/5 day trial with OxyPowder and although its possible that the Oxy helped begin the process making it easier for the Mago7, I also have a strong feeling that the Mago7 furthered the results faster than more OxyPowder would have. And a lot of people complain about the price but it WORKS, & you only need a few capsules per treatment for it to do so. The price seems like a well-worth-it investment to have 60 capsules of this stuff on hand. Truly different from other forms of cleansing and therefore works well on its own and would provide a huge boost in support of other methods.

These are amazing, and I have never felt such intestinal health in my life. They keep me perfectly regular and my digestive system works better now than ever before and Im 69 years old. I have virtually no body odor because this product keeps me so clean. (Ive also eliminated sugar, wheat, all processed foods and alcohol from my diet.) THESE ARE FANTASTIC TO KEEP YOU REGULAR.

I am relieved to have found a less expensive alternative to the competitor that actually works and appears to be in stock regularly. My frustration with the OxyP. brand was the high price( double the cost of Mag O7) and availability was often limited. Our intestines are created to self clean and maintain themselves. But occasionally we foul things up with medications,stress or poor diets. Directions: At Bed time with 8-12 oz water Serving Size is 3 capsules , I have never needed to go beyond that amount on one day. However the directions do indicate you may take up to 5 capsules per day. I strongly recommend you do not do that during the work week or prior to an important engagement. *I personally take my capsules in the morning along with the glass of water. I find that my physical activity (bending and stretching,walking etc.) throughout my day aids in the process of elimination* Tips: MagO7 is not a weight loss drug, dont be silly. It is for assistance with constipation and helps move things along. For the love of all thats holy consult your physician if you are experiencing pain or long term digestive problems before you try these supplements. Be sensible about your eating habits. We are not garbage disposals. Calories in calories out. This product works much better if you are actually drinking water throughout your day ( not milk shakes, mocha lattes with whipped cream etc.) (Most people underestimate how much water they consume in one day.) I have been prescribed a medication that results in chronic constipation. Just one of these each evening keeps things moving along without cramping or other harsh side effects.

This stuff works! But not everyone works the same way. It only takes 3 for hubby to flush out while it takes me 5. Helps with the bloating especially if you’re constipated.
