I have had a serious problem with constipation for over 20 years, most of the time I felt horrible. I constantly asked my doctor for help to correct this issue. I am one of those people that have tried everything to get my system going nothing really works.I have done colonics, I have done detoxes, Ive increased my fiber, I tried cutting out beef and pork, I eat more fruits and vegetables, yet I still had digestive issues. I came across the green smoothie diet and decided to try it along with this product. Hallelujah!!! I loved the process! I had a very loose bowel movement every morning without cramping (the first time is kind of scary, but you get used to it), then I would have another smaller movement within a hour or so. I would go periodically during the day, but nothing major and I always had time to get to a restroom (thank God!!!). After the 10 days I had lost 12 pounds and my stomach was noticeably smaller, but the best part was that I felt so much better, not bloated or heavy and sluggish and a week after I still was having bowel movement on my own. I began a maintenance program, I take one pill every night before bed and I take five pills once a month. I plan to do the 10 day green smoothie cleanse once a year. I continue to eat healthier and I purchased a Fitbit and try to do 10000 steps everyday. This product has help me with my chronic constipation and helped me with my lifestyle change.

I have been using this for close to a year, and it really worked! I swore by it considering I have IBS-C, and it was affective without being habit-forming like many other IBS-C supplements. Recently I purchased 2 of the smaller bottles, and they did not work at all. In fact, they aggravated my IBS, which this product has never done before. I can confidently say this has to be a formula change as I have continued taking the supplements from the new bottles, adjusting doses to see if it was just a weird thing with my body or if it was just the one bottle - but I can confirm both bottles of supplements do not work. Is this a counterfeit or old product they are selling on amazon? Or is this a new formula from the company? Im going to try purchasing a new bottle from the company directly to see, and update my review. UPDATE: I now order directly from the company because it is always affective vs. hit or miss on here. Thats what I advise too.

Ive been using this product for 4 months, and it consistently allows me to empty my bowel. I take 3 pills at night, and within an hour of getting up the next morning, I am in the bathroom, and it is quick, painless, and surprisingly effective. I have struggled with constipation issues most of my adult life, usually getting temporary when I changed my diet, but after time, my body always ended up in hoarding mode, meaning, I just didnt go. While I wish I could go without the aid of pills, at least these pills work, and they are much less uncomfortable than taking laxatives. Another benefit is, Im not waiting around the house all morning, like I had to with laxatives. This is kind of a one and done thing. Glad I found these, and as someone who has tried many different products, I highly recommend these pills.

I have been suffering from constipation since I can remember. I also have been trying EVERYTHING I can possibly think of; nothing has worked for me. Until an acupuncturist introduced the Mag O to me last year. From the start, It has been working well for me. First, I took 5 capsule for one week, then, I find that sometimes I need 3 every night; others 2 capsules, and other times just 1. I feel as if I was born again, being regular without any of the little discomfort of other medication for constipation even if the discomfort is just a minor one. This magnesium doesnt cause any feeling whatsoever, it is as if we havent take anything, just go to the bathroom everyday as if my system have always been that way. I am in my third bottle and if there is anything I can say I would take forever, if I needed too, it would be this Mag O. However, I expect to training my system to be independent at one point in time. I want to keep my research though, to make sure that there is nos side effects in the long run, but magnesium has been good and safe in general anyways. I have been more than happy to RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I know, who have been suffering as did, and I also hope that this review can reach others that I dont know personally, but hey, I wish the best for anyone in need... I was so excited to start using a natural supplement, instead of OTC POWDER OR PILLS. First day it was ok, but now after five days…ugh! My stomach is in knots. I’m hurting so bad, and only was using one at night, and one in the morning. Terrible pain, and hasn’t worked at all for the reason I bought. Buyer beware. If you have the slightest sensitive stomach, you might move onto a different product. I stopped two days ago, my stomach is still hurting, with no results. Hope this helps someone else.
